There still is a SUPPORTERS club.
Although the supporters CLUB, where we meet, just isn’t the same. Something more permanent needs to be sorted although this isn’t going to be soon as the plans to move us to the East Stand are now firmly dropped.

The average attendance in the season we were relegated (1992-93) was 2,593.The lowest ever average since joining the football league was during the 1994-95 season when the average was 1,748.
So the facts show that we have never had an average of 1,200 over a full season.
Hope this stops just a little bit of the bickering on here. Every little helps!!!!

Both Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors are tenants at the DW Stadium (owned by the Whelco group)Both clubs pay rent to use the stadium, and is based on a percentage of their gate & season ticket receipts.
It’s as simple as that.
As far as the corporate side is concerned Whelan (Whelco) will take a percentage to cover rent and supply of staff etc.
I think you’ll find that the DW Stadium has been or is about to be signed over to Wigan Athletic Football Club and having a contract in place for other teams/another team to ‘lodge’ there.

For anybody who hasn’t entered the ‘money league’ as scoffy puts it, you only have until midnight on the 31st August to do so….
You need to get your predictions on for teh Cups prediction league as well, that starts tomorrow. Go to ‘my profile’ and tick the cups box and press submit query, then get your predictions on…. the above appplies for anybody who wats to be in the money running in that league also, you have till the 31st to pay in….

How do I go about selecting predictions for the cups , i only have EPL listed in the drop down menu.This goes for everyone who wants to enter the Cup Competition:
Once registered (which L4T1CF4N4T1C, you already are) Go to ‘My Profile’ and tick the box which says ‘Cup Prediction League’ then click ‘submit query… you will then have the League in your drop down at the top….
