Joanne at http://www.thetravelpuzzle.com has told me that there very limited hotel rooms in the centre now, she has only got around 23 left (out of the last 125 she blocked out).
If you are still on about going she has room in the Pirimida and Athena still, £90pp double/twin, £110 single, for two nights (she has one night options as well)including transfers to and from airport (Ljubljana/Zagreb/Graz, though others are available but you would need to ask for costs as they are further away eg Budapest, Vienna etc).

I’m guessing the smallest plane the club could get with the range to get to the depths of Russia was about 140 seats so they thought they might as well sell on the rest. No idea why it’s returning via Bristol…to drop off DW’s auntie maybe :lol:

Not really a shock that is it? We all know rugby league only exists in 4 or 5 countries. Only Papua New Guinea class it as their main sport. Now ask the question there or maybe in Fiji, Samoa or Tonga and you’ll probably get a different answer.The more widely known that WAFC are though the better for the town if you ask me.
I doubt you’ll get a different answer to the Football bit, you might get people who have heard of WRLFC though, and I say might….. anyway, we’ll test the theory when we are in Maribor. Three places left, though Sutty is thinking about taking them….

The Supporters Club has had a huge response to the deal… £33 for travel and ticket…. its how football should be.

I have just added 9 more places to the trip I have organised, 3 have already gone.
If anyone wants to come along, let me know, we leave early Weds 11th, return late Fri 13th, two nights hotel, transfers on both sides (flying London to Zagreb).

I have just organised for the team sheets to be available in the Supporters Club prior to the Maribor game next week.
Apparently the originals are on UEFA Paper and the Club will try to get these for us, but at worst there will be photocopies there.
I have to talk to the committee but I will probably ask for 50p minimum donation for each sheet which we will donate to a Charity.

Last time I spoke to Barry off Vital he said take up was good on the charter plane.
The last time I spoke to Joanne at thetravelpuzzle.com she had booked 43 flying into Budapest, 34 Lubljana, 11 Vienna, 40 Zagreb…. but she said she has around 80 more ‘umming and ahhing’.
Thing is, flights are going to get dearer the longer people wait Budapest is a 4 hour coach ride away but flights are less than £100. We got Zagreb for £110ish but we wanted to go for three full days/2 nights, you can get 1 night with flights for £190 from London or £260 from Manchester (flying to Zagreb) – I think Joanne is running out of hotel rooms in the City Centre, I know a couple of guys have booked with her and are staying nearer to the ski slopes (about 3km away).
I have a feeling those that hand on will be paying a lot more, but I guess some want to wait and see if there is anything to play for.
In short I reckon over 250 have ALREADY sorted Maribor out.

Anybody found with anything resembling a flare in Belgium will be arrested on the spot and detained for a minimum of 12 hours.
Spot checks and identity checks will be conducted throughout match day, again, if you have no form of identity on you, you could also be detained for up to 12 hours.
