Oh no they haven’t!
Officially, Wigan still haven’t got any further than Everton this year.
But Uwe and Wigan will have their chance tomorrow.
What a journey!I think the word “CAPITULATE” was invented for Roberto Martinez’s teams.

What a journey!Would you ever believe that Wigan Athletic would be in the FA Cup semi final draw two years running.

What a journey!Sorry to say our own Warren Aspinall, but the lad got through it and now is helping others with their gambling /drink addictions and the deep depression that comes with it. :)

What a journey!Yes and yes
Automatic would need us to win about 11 games from the final 14And I think on current form we are capable of doing that.

What a journey! It was also liked by a lot of fans especially the younger end. I personally wasn’t too keen on it, but let’s listen to the local younger fans, rather than an owd speccy like me.
It’s part of the modern game, however if you are like me and would sooner shout “ger in” and then jump up and down with clench fists, there’s nothing stopping you doing that whilst all the ner, ner, ner is going on. :cheer:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! How did they line up, please? I’m guessing something like this;Al-Habsi
Perch Boyce Barnett Beausejour
McCann
Waghorn McArthur Gómez McClean
MaynardOr did they play three at the back?
They set up in a 4-3-1-2 formation with Gomez playing in the hole.
From where I was sat, yesterdays performance by Gomez was a sheer master class in how to dominate midfield. He has improved his defensive game no ends and simply glided round the pitch linking play with ease.
I personally have always seen the best in Gomez, but any doubters as to his ability, must surely now be fully paid up members of the Jordi fan club. :cheer:

She could have drowned or even worse mounted Arky’s rod.

Listen lad, I ignored all the abysmal spelling in your earlier post but please don’t start lecturing me on the correct use of England.
Yes, you’re right, the second one wasn’t required. Wrong, even. But sometimes, in modern language, they can be used for emphasis. Not right, as I say, but deemed acceptable. A bit like saying FA Cup champions instead of FA Cup winners.
Do yourself a favour. Stay away from pulling up people on their England and stick to showing your wife all your witty derogatory posts. She must be just made up that she married Wigan’s answer to Oscar Wilde. Or Stephen Fry.
see its not hard to admit your wrong is it. try it some more. now you just need to work on you being a bit humble, but being daft to is a nice trait,
Bored with you lad, go away. We’ve all been playing quite nicely on here recently. If you want to try to drag it down you can, but I’m bored with you now.
It’s not my fault you took my factually correct criticism about Wigan fans singing the wrong words to the Zulte, YAMS and, arguably, the FA Cup Champions songs personally and to heart, but you did, and then started to get insulting.
Fat, indeed! I’ve been called some things in my time, but fat???? I suggest you go to Specsavers, lad.
Good night
You must agree Griff that on your previous avatar you did look rather plump alongside Roberto. This current one with the FA Cup has you looking far more streamline, although you are trying yer best to get your gut hidden behind the FA Cup / Stand. :P

What a journey! The last time we went was told about this club in the city centre that had 3 or 4 different rooms playing various gendres of music. Now being on the wrong side of 40 at the time, I hated the 45 minute queue to get in, hated the £10 entry fee cause I didn’t have a student pass, hated paying £4 per bottle of cheapo nasty larger, no draft ale or pint pots and hated the fact that I was probably the second oldest in the place, my mate being the oldest.
I’m currently working on finding a decent social club with bingo and a good turn within a 5 mile radius of the ground.
Will be in the Trent Bridge pub immediately after the game for a pint and a bite to eat, so will be waving to you coach travelers as you drive past, if I can spot you coming through the pub window.

What a journey! And JR, I thought that we were still in the love-in phase, or has the ceasefire ended?“thick as pigshyte” Barnsley
This phrase, like so many we use today, derives from the plays of Shakespeare.
King Henry the Fourth Part Two;
Doll Tearsheet – They say Pointz has a good wit.
Falstaff – He a good wit? hang him, baboon! his wit’s as thick as Tewkesbury mustard; there’s no more conceit in him than is in a mallet.
When it comes to insults, I think that Shakespeare still has the edge.
OK then have this…
