My advice is take what these dingles are saying with a pinch of salt.
Can you remember the pish taking we got from the barcodes when both Bramble and Zog signed?.Remember the thankyous we got from the Brummies when forking out the millions on Heskey? A change of club can lead to a player gaining fresh confidence and the partnership sometimes “simply works”. As for lack of speed, the better centere halfs don’t need it, they read the game and make the tackle and very rarely after go chasing their man as the dingles suggest. JT for one and Mathew Upson for another are slower than Lisa Riley pulling a rickshaw with big dady in it. :o ;) From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!I did notice Kirkland getting all animated at one point in the second half, when a Chelsea mon ran unchallenged into the box. If there was any cause for a good bollukin during those first two games, kirky should have been the main recipient. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! Not exactly keeping the mackems water tight our Mr Bramble isn’t. 2 or 3 more defeats and he will become the scapegoat at the SOL. ;) From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Im with blue, If i did my job rubbish i would expect to be rollocked, These fools have been doing it badly as a club for 3 years.but not as badly as more than 9 other prem clubs over the past 3 years. From Matlock to ManU

What a journey! You can be sure that both will be on bench though and brought on if they are in any troubleif that statement is true then things will definitely have taken aturn for the better….chelsea in trouble??? From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!17 August 2010 at 9:43 pm in reply to: Transfer news, paper talk, who you want – get it all in here #43050Bruce after wigan duo
http://tribalfootball.com/sunderland-bo … uo-1048151He’s took Lee Cattermole, Bramble, Eric Black, Nigel Spink, been after kirkland, now after figs and zog.
Why didn’t he just stop at Wigan and save all this messing about. :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!so we lost 4-0 to BlackpoolWe think we are too high and mighty to lose to a newly promoted club – remember when we came up and people thought we were fodder and then we beat westbrom, villa and everton away and spent a few weeks in second place If martinez goes then so be it but nobody can criticise Whelan and the exciting journey he has taken us on since buying(or should I say bailing us out from going in to administration/non league) 12 years ago I have been watching our club since it came into the league and virtually every season has been played right up to the last game – we have only had one relegation in all that time but have been involved in some great end of season excitement Being a Wigan fan has never been boring – I keep coming because you never know what is around the corner with our great little club Coming from behind to beat Arsenal to losing to Blackpool – great fun and long may it continue I raise a glass to Wigan athletic – king of the underdogs!!!! Give that man a pint of your best ale bar tender. Here, here!! :) From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! One mon at work today said he watched the Wigan v Hudds game on sky and it showed fans straeming over the bridge with 5 mins on the clock with the game in the balance. WTF is all that about. At least our fans did have something to do the early walk for. It’s not that they had to beat the saturday afternoon shopping traffic or out. That is a total joke and confirms that this town is and always will be blue !! :o Yeah I saw that. There were 3 fans walking over the bridge, your mate is lying.[/quote] But he also said the commentators couldn’t get over the fact that supporters were leaving the ground in numbers, so I believe my mate and not you, so there.
13,000 and top of the league. It’s only a matter of time before the poor excuse for a sport folds up. :shock:From Matlock to ManU

What a journey! From my experience (in the South from Championship – PL Season 2 and then the East since), the West only get active when the referee(s) make a speculative decision. They never start the chanting going and, if anything, they kill it dead once it reaches them.So if your season ticket is in the West, please prove me wrong, because that’s my lasting impression of you! (Currently ES3). Perhaps its because we are all middle aged, beer bellied life long followers of Latics in the main.
We’ve been there, done it and got the black eyes and missing teeth to prove it. We’ll leave it up to you young whipper snappers in the east to start things off if you don’t mind and we will join in if we remember to bring our inhalers to the match.Sorry must go my horlicks is bubbling over the pan. :geek: PS I nearly bust a blood vessel in mi neck saturday shouting at bobby to get the lazy barstewatrd figs off. As you may well appreciate, bobby didn’t even acknowledge me. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! He was at the game satday saw wiv mi own eyes, as was that pilluck oysten wit big hat on. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Ha ha – defensive plan !!still has no defensive coach as far as I can see – the man is so stubburn, the whole defence and defensive midfield area is a joke cant wait for the fans forum – thats if he is around that long I’m sure that was Dennis Lawrence with the blue latics tracky on working with the lads in the warm up. I remember the big lazoom scoring against us for wrexham quite a few years back. If he’s our new defensive coach, then yesterdays performance says it all. From Matlock to ManU
