1. You have answered it for me. I am not actually totally anti the 4-5-1 formation or 4-3-3 depending on who you ask. My issue is how we use it. We spend all the time just tip tapping it around (slowly) and when we do get forward, the aforementioned 5 don’t. Thats the problem.
2. Again you’ve answered it for me. Playing another formation may not work but why not try it. Even when Rob makes subs, he generally just changes the personnel rather than formation.
So my answer is not necessarily to change the formation its to stop “Over” passing it, lets get it forward quicker, more men in the box when we do and who knows.
At half time I was fuming like the rest of you and then Emma came on to the pitch. It made me realise that the football just didn’t matter.
Her is a thought, if each of our so called footballers donated a weeks wage which they all undoubtedly did not earn yesterday then the amount required would be well and truly raised.
They would also earn back the respect from us that there footballing abilities are never ever going to gain.

A 2-1 defeat against Spurs and with only ten men for 30mins on paper aint bad but the way we played is just hopeless. Slow, sloppy, lethargic, lacking passion, clueless, joke defending, how many free headers did they have in our box, how many stray passes? How many shots on goal did we have – 1 !!
How can we be proud of that?

Ive had that clown Torres in for 3 weeks now believing he’d come good. Could have had Rooney or Aguero. How dare I criticise Martinez!!
Why would we sign these type of player, never have never will. We rely on our scouting system finding players like Valencia Palacios and Hugo, however sometimes find a Hendry.
And how many goals have these dodgy centre backs conceeded this year?
Caldwells not the worlds greatest player but he’s a 100% mon and thats all you can ask. We are also a much better team when hes in it than we are when hes not.

I despair! If you over analyse every player nobody is perfect and everyone gave the ball away. Thought he linked our play well some good passes and a generally good performance much like everyone else. However he will never win them over. Worst shout near me when Fig gave the ball away – Gomez has taught him that !!
