I saw the incident on MOTD2 last night. Hopefully he’s looking at a long ban, as spitting at someone is the lowest form of life.
Fair play to those who have condemned him. To those who support him, take a long hard look at yourselves.
Sven’s available.
Well done on making a tenner. Now how about you put it to good use and treat 10 of your mates to a ticket each to the Blackburn 6 pointer?
The added bonus being you’ll still have a tenner left.
Never mind a sport you hate. Have your tickets for Wolves sold out yet and if so, did you manage to get one?
Give us a wave if you’re on TV will you. I’ll give you a wave from block 105 at Wembley tomorrow if you like. I’ll be the fat one wearing a tight-fitting Ellgren shirt.
The lady in the ticket told me ticket sales where going well, especially with the special offers!I’m guessing they sold about 2,500 based on your die-hard 13,000 and the 400 visitors.
I suppose that’s an extra £17,000 in the coffers to help pay Kirkland’s wage for the week.
How many of those do you think will now go out and get a part-season ticket, or will they wait for the next offer for the Blackburn game?
Are you happy with your new signing ?

It appears yet again you were talking total bollocxks
But are they getting hooked, or merely hooked on freebies? What club (other than the promoted ones) has reported increased ST sales for 20111/12? A £7.50 bum on a seat is clearly better than an empty seat, but once everyone cottons onto the fact they can pay a lot less instead of £15, £20, £25 etc then the business model becomes unsustainable.
This season has seen more empty seats around the premiership than ever before – Man Utd were advertising season tickets for sale, and even the Emirates has a fair smattering of empty seats for every home game so far. I can only see it getting worse as people cotton onto the fact that if they sit tight they can save a few quid.
Serious question here fellas:
As ST holders how do you feel being surrounded by folk who have either got in for free or very little, and do so game after game?
I see on the news that Newcastle are selling 14 game STs for half the price that their 19 game ones sold for. That would really annoy me, having shelled out several hundred quid only to find that after only 5 games, I could get the same product for half the outlay.
Its a slippery slope, and with the country having to tighten its belt, I’d be surprised if any club who continually offer freebies or heavily discounted tickets ever increased their ST sales before next season starts. Folk will grow wise to it and wait for the “sale”.
goosey finally shows her face/beak? been quiet lately my little waddling tubber. Better lend some money of big dave if ya want to keep the more lucrative UNION from luring your drug cheating players away!Just waddling through to say “hello” Rodders. Its almost like time stood still. Since you posted this no Wigan players have signed for any Union clubs and Latics are still stuck on 5pts.
I wonder which of those two will change first….
I am talking about what you posted on this site a couple of years ago in your previous incarnation, muttyshitegob, when you claimed to be stationed in Kandahar servicing jet fighters on desert patrol, and posted a photograph of a tornado fighter and the ground crew with a worriers flag, or was that another in the catalogue of lies from your walter mitty lifebook.https://picasaweb.google.com/muttywhite … dahar2009#
Did you mean these pics?
I dont need to be Dr Who to make the following games, even if I wanted to:
Wigan v Bolton Sat 15 Oct 3pm.
Arsenal v Sunderland Sun 16 Oct 1.30pm.
I take it by your comments about the Warriors Flag, you are referring to the men of 45 Commando Royal Marines, who are currently getting shot at and killed in Afghanistan. They allowed Wigan Warriors to do some pre-season training at one of their boot camps. Hopefully next season, they will be invited to a home game as guests of honour and will get a standing ovation from every man, woman & child.
Unlike those overpaid prima-donnas you follow who probably did pre-season at some up-market nail bar and dont even know where Afghanistan is.
Is it a sell-out or would I be able to wander up 15 mins before kick-off and get a ticket?
I went in the West stand once against Chelsea a few years ago, so I’m on the database as a “loyal” fan.
They say he sells coke to pay for his season tickets FFS.Was there any mention of the club donating the said ST money to a charity, or have they kept the drug-dealing money that was earned through the misery of others?
Having played Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool & Arsenal in the first 7 games its little wonder they only have 3 points to show for their efforts.
20th place in the PL gets slightly less prize money than 18th, but they’ll still be playing each other next season.
If you are referring to the crowd at Widnes yesterday, then the empty seats were down to St Helens being unable to shift their allocation, rather like Aston Villa failed to fill over 10,000 seats yesterday.
Back in the bottom 3. 5 defeats on the bounce. You really need to be concentrating on your beloved Latics’ failings rather than a sport that you have no interest in.
