There are people in wigan who have run chippy’s for years. And years. And still do. And haven’t failed, without rich grandads.
These things usually start out as “I wouldn’t be surprised if he was gone by tomorrow”, which leads to someone else overhearing and telling their mates “He’ll be gone by tomorrow”, which in the Chinese Whisper trail becomes “I’ve heard he’s going tomorrow, Jonathan Jackson’s going to tell him”, to “Mackay’s been called in to Jackson’s office” and so on……jackson has an office?? I would have thought he has a chair in a corridor. Chair gets used on match days though, so any interviews etc need to be done over a garlic bread (cheapest starter) in rigolettos. No drinks mind.
There’s nowt down for us. Are they are running the club down into a small league 1 / 2 club that grandson can run like his chippy? Carson might be better suited to working in a chippy though. And Malarky McFly, well if he had anything to do with the chippy it would be turned into a Burger King that don’t sell burgers.

If these donations gave only one child a better life, or even in some cases a life at all for numerous other kids, everything the lad has done is worthwhile.

Ahhh griffle. It was indeed 10 years ago. And it would appear you are still posting drivel on here every 10 minutes in the hope that it will be recognised. Im assuming your continued typing / ramblings can be considered in the same way as a million monkeys with a million typewriters and a million years. At some point one of thos monkeys will write an epic, an illiad perhaps, or in your case something that simply makes sense and something people actually find interesting. You are 10 years in and havent achieved anything other than incoherent babble up to now, but you do have 999,990 years left in the same vane as the example i gave.

Just a reminder for all those in the Martinez Out and we’ll be better back in the Championship camp, from the last couple of seasons.Is this the vision you had for Wigan in teh Championship? Tickets still the same price, still losing as many games, crowds declining and booze prices on the way up…
Turns out Martinez was a genius and kept us afloat for a long time on a small budget…
