Shots and chances more than Villa.
Even their big money signing did nothing against the worst centre back in the league.

I do agree though that the people on here whomsay support your team need to support the team. The supporters for the good of the team need to be vocal in getting Martinez out, that would be supporting our team as the best thing for the team and the club is that clown out and someone who can get players to play to their strengths.

Our new signing Di Santo struggled, very similar to when he first signed at the start of the season.

Martinez is the worst manager we have ever had, a lot worse than Swain.
The players we have would be ok playing to their ability and not the way Martinez makes them play.
If you are not annoyed at what we serve up every week you must have the patients of a saint or don’t bother watching the games. It’s awful watching the team do what they do and to have the manager talk utter shtie fate games.
Relegation would not be a bad thing for this club but for god sake let’s go down with some pride.

I feel in your recent comments you would be very pleased to see the worst manager we have ever had depart our club.
I can’t make the “found their level” as I think we have a premiership side, just don’t play to our strengths and don’t have fight under Martinez.
Anyway, good win, good team selection today. Maybe if I stop going they will be ok. I must be a jinx.
I hope Martinez learns and keeps faith with some of these players as they appear to have more to offer.
It’s not the win that is pleasing, just the fact we changed something and did something different after the rubbish of the last 2 weeks.

It’s not about results….It is the lack of passion and ideas that frustrates.
If we go down fighting then brilliant, if we go down sideways uncomfortable passing with a manager who keeps making excuses up for his inability to manage then that is a different story.
We won’t win on Wednesday because we will give them to much respect, Martinez will come out and say that Bolton are a top team, we need to be on top of our game and we may struggle to contain their threat.
What he should say is:- the fans hate these btarsdas and we should go and kick them off the fcuking park and fight for every ball. They are in a false position and we can go and get the fans behind us and take the game to them. Then our 1200 or so fans behind that goal can do our bit and get behind them.
What will happen is we will sit deep, give the ball away by uncomfortable passing and then kill our fans off by showing no passion. I will leave after 70 minutes vowing never to return under this dick and then get home and continue with normal life.
It’s his inability to change that make him the target.
He comes out with such rubbish after the games and does himself no favours.
Backing him is one thing, defending the way he does things and the rubbish he serves up, the players he picks our of position, the poor signings is where he becomes unable to be backed.
