Were the cheers at his substitution aimed at Gomez or at the incompetent Martinez?
My cheers at him going puff were aimed at Martinez as he realized a player who is rubbish in his preferred position is even worse trying to play the role of our only attacking threat.

We very rarely win under Martinez, in fact we average one league win per month this season, he is the man.

Nobody, we do expect Wigan Athletic to show the fighting spirit that we have had before the joke Martinez came in.
People can’t keep saying were only Wigan, we have been in this league long enough to understand it and we played against a very poor team tonight and made it easy for them.

I suppose the 1 win in December got the Martinez fan club excited, otehr than September where we won 0 league games the 1 win in the month I suppose is where we should be at.
