So ,Swansea it is , best wishes Kyle. Bit baffled as to why you/your agent thought it was so essential for you to leave so early into your football league career.However ,if that’s what you want good luck to you.
Could Scott Fraser be the replacement for Evans ? ,attacking midfielder ,looks ‘decent’ although if the MK Dons forum is to be believed our bid is just the opening bid ,they think he will go to a ‘bigger’ club ?.
At Division 1 level I think Evans is quality and whilst I agree with you we need an all action ferret in the middle we also need someone who can unlock defences with a quality pass or free kick.Hopefully Leam Richardson has someone lined up.I think next season is all about transition I would be more than happy with a top half finish ,play offs would be brilliant.
So many clubs supposedly after him ,I think his agent is doing overtime trying to get him a move. Really hope he stays but if he is pushing for a move good luck to him.We don’t want players who don’t want to be here.
Our last chairman that was a tad outspoken & controversial, didn’t do too bad for us !!!
Don’t get me wrong ,I really like the new Chairman’s enthusiasm for all things Wigan Athletic. I just think he needs to stop short at having a dig at other clubs. He needs to leave that to us fans .
Would prefer it if he stays under the radar. Let’s just quietly go about our business building the club back to where we should be.He will only make himself and us as a club a target if he keeps coming out with controversial comments ,whether he is joking or not.

Makes you wonder ,that is one of the worst sending off decisions I have ever seen ,good job there was nothing riding on the game.To be fair though even with ten men we should have seen the game out ,poor game management.Just proves how crucial Tilt and Johnston were to the team ,both loan players who presumably will go back to their parent clubs. We have some serious rebuilding to do close season .
Just reading we are in pole position to sign Scott Wootton. Not been impressed with him at all during his lone spell, always looked vulnerable with him in the side.Looked a lot more solid with Tilt and Johnston.
Admire the enthusiasm from the new Chairman but I think he needs to have more of a low key approach.Seem to remember a very young David Sharpe saying we were going to ‘smash’ this league. All it does is wind the opposition up.Having said that we did in fact ‘smash’ the league ,maybe he is right after all.
