Good find that bobby, commentators a b.e.ll.e.n.d though.
You deserve to be made to look like a pillock bobbyswigan but fair play to you for your donation to the very worthy cause, i hope there is a lesson learned for you though and you will post more sensible views than you have done so far.
To whoever the “bet” was with, very good idea to get bobby to donate to the charity and not rubbing it in too much, fair play!
always believe in your soul,
you got the power to know,
your’e indestructable,
always believe in
Mario, oh
How good was the rendition of that
Bet he is chuffed as a butty,Superb performance from him and the rest of the lads, every single one of them, our fans were superb aswell.
3-1 to the empty seats!! will all the moaners and whingers give it a rest now please.
I hope catts starts stropping now and disrupting the dressing room atmosphere like he did here, Bruce might then know what it feels like to have your players illegaly tapped up and unsettled.
There were some kind of clauses in the contract but i think they were apearance based and if he gets in the England squad whilst there.I don’t think i read owt about a sell on clause, could be wrong though.
Oh reet, I thought it was just the transfer window thingy, i was thinking well if his contract is terminated he is a free agent again like this M’Bami fella that wer’e signing.
I have just rememberd something similar, did we not try to sign someone once but couldn’t cos you can’t play for 3 clubs in 1 calendar year.I think you need to dig in, put a foot in and then try to pass round them.
Can’t sign him till Jan anywayWHY? Gona look stupid here arnt I.
25 September 2009 at 2:14 am in reply to: It looks like both clubs are struggling to get bums on seats #9642Egg, its the same as saying the team wich finishes 13th or 14th in the prem still has a chance of winning the league and being the so called best team in the country, no matter how much crap you come out with, you can’t justify it.
I am not having ago like, just pointing out.25 September 2009 at 1:04 am in reply to: It looks like both clubs are struggling to get bums on seats #9634How clever are rugby fans?
Rather like a football team that finishes 6th (or 7th in league 2)can be promoted.
Right, where do i start on this one,
well there are 24 teams in league 2 so finishing 7th is not below mid table. 8th in a league of 12 is , plus they only get promoted, they don’t become champions of the country, they don’t even become champs of league 2. The rules also stay the same year after year, they are not changed, there are 2 semi finals a home game and an away game in both semis, the winners of the 2 games on aggregate play each other in a one off final.Every football fan understands this system, whereas thugby fans don’t realy have a clue what is going on in there play offs. There is none of this choosing who you want to play b.o.l.l.o.c.k.s either.
What i realy don’t understand though, why they even bother having play offs, its the top league, whoever wins are champs, thats it, done, finished, season over. The RFL will probably say it is for entertainment but come on, only 8689 bothered with the b.o.l.l.o.c.k.s.You have just proven that thugby fans realy don’t have much upstairs in 1 sentance. All when trying to make someone else look stupid, tip for you engage brain before typing on a public message board, good night :D :D :D
Bobby, i bet when we signed Palacios and Valencia you were saying “who the hell are these iv’e never heard of them” , but look what happened with them, i bet you said “well if boro don’t want cattermole he must be garbage”, i bet you said “Heskey 5 million what are we playing at, bloody rubbish wigan”, LAV and Palacios needed a bit of time to settle, maybe thats all this set of players need.
Chill out for 10 mins can’t be good for you constantly whingeing and moaning, Christ i wouldn’t like you to have a reel crisis in your life, get a grip lad, bet your’e a top night out you.I think he could be worth his weight in gold for us to be honest, I think the defence, especially Bramble are suffering without Bruce and there are no defensive coaches at the club, we should him sign as a player coach, i don’t think he would get many games but his with experiance and knowledge that he could pass down to the defence he could be the difference betwen us staying up and going down. He is also not bad back up is he.
Just my opinion and what do i know.
Has been an absolute bargain for us, superb player.
The longest post you have made that, did you prepare that whilst on your’e holliday.

The average amount of stoppage time played when they are winning is 3:19 mins, when they are loosing or drawing though it’s strangely 4:36.Right, i don’t think the problem is that the players don’t want to play for Bobby, He has signed nearly half this team, they would not have signed if they did not want to play for him. Scotland and Gomez even follwed him from Swansea And according to most on here Gomez has been our worse performer, and Scotland has done nowt, but they must want to play for Bobby they signed for him twice. Plus most of the other players that were already here have been reported to have said that they can’t get enough of the way Bobby is wanting them to play, I know Koumas, Bramble, and Mario have said at the start of the season that they were impressed with the new manager and respected him for what he did at Swansea.
I think our indifferent start (not as bad as what everyone is making out)is down to 3 main factors.1.Just a lack of premiership experiance on the management and coaching side of things, I am happy with all the appointments but i just think there should be an experienced and influential figure on the training ground aswell as those we have appointed.
2.At the end of the day lads, it’s a completely new team, new players, new managers, new coaches and a new style of play, you can’t seriously have expected us to have started to run before we could walk this season. have patience, even the Pompey lot were on Sky the other day saying give Heart till January and they are in bigger s..t than us.
3.The lack of Britishness, that first season we came up the vast majority of our team were British, this generated a fantastic team spirit, it was documented in the press nearly every week how good the team spirit was, it was evident on that dvd that came out. We even had players in tears when they had to leave. That team spirit has obviously been ripped apart and no matter how much money you have or haven’t got you can’t buy that.
It is early days and i am certainly not panicking just yet, i can however see why everyone is concerned, i am not blind and i know if things don’t improve we will struggle, but things will improve, they have got to they can’t get much worse can they. Be positive, stay calm, dont throw your’e season tickets away just yet and get behind the bloody lads.
