The most pointless thread for a long time :(
Ashley must have nil feeling for the club’s supporters to pull these stunts, giving Pardew 5 years also.
Of course the fans will rally and say how much of a disgrace it is, but being fickle, they’ll forget all about it if Pardew gets a few wins under his belt.
Better late than never
Nice bit of cheating from Green to slow down the penalty process.
2 nil down and a striker comes on for a striker?
Also why is Nzog so immune to being subbed? He’s been awful whereas the others have been poor.
Not with N’Zog continuing to lose the ball each time he has possession…
I was exactly the same Vat, but don’t expect many to relate or even understand your argument.
James,
Watch the Alcaraz tackle again as an action replay and take note of Fletcher’s loss of feeling in his legs after sensing the slide coming his way.
You’ll also notice Alcaraz actually doesn’t touch him and his complaints of “dive” were quite valid.
Just watched the first game on MOTD and turned it off. Bale did similiar to Fletcher but more obvious in which the free-kick led to their third goal.
Nice dive Fletcher.
Best of luck then.
No need for Facebook pages, just don’t go again. I took the decision 4-5 years back.
I gave up on football, not WAFC, on firmly held principles and the ones you state are a few.
Bloody hell what are you like!
He’s had fits and starts and a judgement has been put upon him already? Did you do the same with Gomez?
Cleverley or not, my point still stands regarding Nzogbia as a footballer and a person. You failed to offer an opinion on that.
I also meant Cleverley in a side without Nzogbia, so Fulham is void.
And how many times does losing the ball count towards scoring a couple of goals? Could there have been more goals scored had he passed the bugger?
He’s a ball greedy player and when attacking the others seem disinterested in making a run as the end result will be him going solo and more than likely missing.
If I were so greedy I’d expect to be scoring a few goals like he is. Playing from the shop window and will be gone January.
Why watch a player who is dying to leave and doesn’t have any interest in the town or club? Another point of principle is should he be playing or should somebody else who wants to be here and play for the cause?
Very good these fans when he’s scoring, you soon forgot the debacle over the Birmingham move and you’ll be out with the knives again come January.
I would pick Cleverley over him. More productive on the ball as the final third doesn’t see much of it when Nzogbia especially has it. I read how disgruntled fans are at the lack of shots etc but fail to take note of how often the ball is lost in good positions by this player.
I’m still baffled by reading this message board how Nzog seems to be a vital part of the team. The last few matches I have paid particular attention to him and the amount of times he gives the ball away is unreal. If he can’t cut inside he’s buggered and very limited dribbling wise.
Caldwell will lose the team 10+ goals per season. Maybe I’m being too kind. He seems solid for a large part and then does something incredibly stupid and thus throwing a game away.
Been coming. Bossed the whole game and the longer it went on you knew Blackburn would nick a few.
Blackburn have been awful.
