rodgers is 1/4 on to be the scousers new manager, but to be fair bob has been as low as 1/3, A.V.B was favourite for a while, while louis van gaal has also come right in at one point.
when a managerial change happens, the press generally have an idea who will be the new man coming in, i think the press or bookies really dont have a clue on this one..
and neither do i…i had a 5iver on jurgen klopp at 7/1, after he came in from 33’s, and he’s back out to 25’s now.
extra thick is best for toast, medium is best for a butty.
but i aint buying both, so i dont get a thick toast butty very often. :(
also, why im at it, ive been conned for years into thinking that brown bread is better for you than white bread, when actually it isnt…its virtually the same.
so i wasnt actually takin the healthy option after all when i ordered my bacon sausage egg and tomatoes on a BROWN BARM.!
sorry chaps its a west ham hearts double for me.
would throw crewe in aswell, but cant wait that long to get paid out.
its only recently that liverpool have fired their managers quickly, they were generally given a decent shot.
i actually thought liverpool did ok last season, and if they had bought a striker that could score, and a winger that could deliver they would have been challenging for 4th.
would martinez have to have a big overhaul of players?..i’d say no.
how much time to change their way of play?…well if he goes this week, he’s got plenty of time before the start of next season.
will he have money to spend?..i’d say yes…on accounts published this week, liverpool only had a deficit of -23m on players…so he’s probably gonna be backed by the owners.
hate saying it, but i think its a wonderful opportunity for him, and the scousers should give him more credit, after all..he beat fergie, wenger, pardew, and their own king kenny, tactically in the last 2 months of the season.
hope he stays, but if not…prove em wrong bobby.
well done duke, great article.
when you here the chants from fans on the sidelines to managers of “you dont know what ur doin”…clearly…THEY DO!
hope john w henry dosent see that….he’ll be gone in a wiff waff!
cant see it myself either.
alot of the liverpool fans seem to want a big name manager, not a bloke who i quote “had 7 bad months, and 8 good weeks”
he should stay here, build again, if we stay up next season, his stock will rise further, and he can move on with more experience behind him.
he dosent need us to tell him that anyway, he’s intelligent enough to work it out for himself.
shame that..some of the workforce have been with them through thick and thin.
how can whelan affect anything?
he dosent pick the team, or tell em to play shite…
or does he?
if the two biggest clubs in rugby league end up playing a quarter final on a neutral ground, then i think it shows up what an amateur sport it really is.
the rfl or whatever they are called have known since 16th june LAST YEAR that latics are at home to wolves on 13 may….they must have realised when they did their scheduling of their PREMIER cup competition, that wigan rl had a very good chance of being involved, and a 50/50 chance they would get drawn at home…
rubbish sport, run by buffoons who change their format every season, then tell everyone “its the best game in the world”
its because our best players get taken from us at the end of each season and bobby has to find more cheap talent, and start the process of learning them how to play all over again.
will be the same next year aswell…and the one after that, or until he leaves.
maybe you should only buy x3 season tickets next year, and use the money you save to buy a tele!
coz with ur x6 kids, it looks like uve got nowt else do.
and good luck finding a x7 bed house in wigan pal.
great deal that!…bound to be something needed on at least one if not both of them games.
can see them freefalling now they are virtually safe.
now?
why?
that could so easily be a winner stays up game
not surprised its been put on tele, its a ground weve never done well at, so with a win at anfield, and fingers crossed summat off utd for the first time, it could be another demon execorsised by winning there.
