I think the point is that cheating is a very emotive word, whereas the official phrase in teh charge is “successfully deceiving the referee” which is a more factual charge.
The thing is those results have come in the last three games.
It is all about learning what this division is about.
Give Cook the credit – maybe he has learned. The substitutions he has made in those games do not appear to have been made (in my opinion) based on what the guys with teh iPads have said, but on what we could all see.
Either players tiring (not just showing less paces per minute on a tracker), but visibly tiring, and bringing new ideas and new shapes.
I really am encouraged that we are learning, and that can now be taken forward with the clean slate at teh beginning of August.How about…………Sell Powell & buy reece James????????
United are sniffing after him with a price tag around £15 million.
We need to accept he is going on to higher things at a bigger club, and make sure work is going on behind the scenes to get us further good promising loan signings.
The fact that we have helped Reece to develop will hold us in good stead.

Too hit and miss for me.I have read quite a few reports in the press about yesterdays game. Not one of them makes any reference or comment about the coin / object throwing at players. Why? It’s pretty significant, innit?I have quoted elsewher, mon ami, that there is a LOT of press coverage of it.

It’s three for violent conduct.Naismith however, was causing loads of problems, and looked suprised himself to be taken off.He wasn’t at all surprised. He was clocking up some extra time for the substitution. Commonly done.
You can also tell who is coming off when a right sided player comes across to the East Stand, and then has to walk slowly across the pitch, after looking around, ignoring the board, asking everyone “me?”.
