Where have you got this from?
There are only 7 teams definitely through yet – the other places are made up from teams that have come through the qualifying rounds or been eliminated from the Champions League qualifying round – both of which are a long way off yet.
Not my choice particularly but he has a track record of success in the Championship.
If he lands the job in competition with other big names then he’ll do for me. There must be something to him.
But as I posted elsewhere – how does he now become bookie’s favourite? Interviews are ongoing. If DW was touting someone outside of an interview process then rumour may have some basis. But we are in an interview process – all would appear from the outside to have an equal chance. It depends how they do at interview. This is all bookie/press speculation to counter DW’s unusually keeping this close to his chest.
There probably will be posted out packs, but they took quite a while last year – you can download a pack online, and on page 5 you will see details of monthly payments:

That sounds like we’ll be drawn in a pot with Freiburg and Guimares which is a bit of a pisser tbhSaying that I’d take Bordeaux and Valencia for away days any day of the week
No – we’ll probably be in a pot with them, which means we won’t play them. We’ll play one of the top 12 at least.
Yep – done and dusted :cheer:
We get the 16.592 by virtue of being English. There are two parts to the calculation – some points based on country (20% of the English coefficient) and some based on previous European results. We obviously have none of the latter, so start with 20% of the English coefficient.
Surprisngly Germany have a lower national coefficient than England which explains how we have a higher figure than Freiburg, and also than Guimaraes of Portugal.
I find all these “bookies odds” really weird now.
Whelan is now interviewing a list of allegedly 12-15. From the outside looking in no-one can say who is the front runner.
It would be different if there were negotiations going on behind the scenes for one person, so then X, Y or Z being seen in a meeting would sway the odds. But now we are at interview stage there cannot be a definitely likely candidate – but bookies like to keep interest alive don’t they?
Why? Who’s he moving to? ;)
I’d swap him for Bosselli,Scotland,Agahowa, and Di Santo !!!Because he scored a massive 2 goals in 12 games.
Another fuck up?Only by you.
