Stress free football goodpost dont talk rubbish no such thing we are in for a bumpy ride for a couple of seasons at least,players will leave and some will arrive along with a new manager who hopefully can sort out the defence something Martinez as been unable to do in his time with us.

Barton has tweeted: “I’ll just re-iterate for a lot of the buffoons tweeting me. I WILL NOT BE PLAYING IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP NEXT SEASON. Hope that clears that up!”
Moses replied with “nah you’ll be playing in the French league. ..one that is of lower quality.”

It is not all bad, still have Europe and an F.A cup to defend next season.Will Europe be a distraction next year though in a touch championship season?
We actually even miss the opening Championship game due to playing in the Community Shield :)
Of course we can.
When we got in the Premier League I bought an away season ticket, as i figured we would only be there one season. After the first away game at Charlton we said that it was going to be a long season.
But we survived – again and again and again.
We now drop back a step to a level many of us never dreamed we would reach anyway.
And at least we can sing the old “… up the Football League we go; and when we win promotion this is what we’ll sing….” song again.
I am hoping for a Scottish, a Welsh and an Irish club in our group, but I reckon we’ll get at least one ‘stan, maybe one British and a decent Italian or Spanish team.Unlikely to get Welsh, Irish or a ‘stan.
They’ll have been weeded out by then – the group stages have some good teams in. Have a look at last year’s group stage qualifiers:

Perhaps if your drivers had used the easiest and best route to and from Wembley you would have been home much earlier.It was obvious 500 + coaches plus cars and mini buses heading back to the north west would result in gridlock at the smallest mishap.
We left Wembley coach park about 8:30 – 8.45 pm, spent some time in traffic getting onto the A40 then M40, the rest was plain sailing all the way home, we had 30 mins at Frankley services on the M5 and I was opening my front door in Orrell at 1:03 am.
4.5 hours including stop and traffic Jams nr Wembley
Our coach took us that way too, without the stop.
Whoever plays will have my full support.
I think it’s time we had a truce on criticising players till at least tomorrow night.

Seriously – every man and his dog will mention every man and his dog. Roberto hasn’t gone anywhere yet, and according to reports isn’t going anywhere. So why are we jumping up and down because someone spoke to someone who saw a Facebook post that had been pasted from someone else who you actually wouldn’t trust to tell you the right time? :dry:
