Yes. It’s a little known fact that tomorrow is also St Garswood’s Day.

And there was me thinking this was a poll about a fight with swords or pistols.

Do you perchance mean “dual sports”?

There must also be a number like myself.

I supported Liverpool all my formativ eyears – not bandwagon jumping – I was born and raised in Liverpool.

In 1976 we moved out here because houses were a lot cheaper. When my son wanted to go and watch football I brought him to Latics – you couldn’t take a 7-year-old onto the Kop.

And over time my interest in Liverpool waned and in Latics grew. As someone else said there was a time when I supported both, as they lived in different universes.

But now – the Liverpool I supported is long dead, and Latics are my home team and in my blood.

!. if the ground was not for shared use, it would not exist. That was a condition of the European monies supplied to build it, and the councils passing of the plans.

Incorrect. Warriors came along much later into the plans when their Board sold their ground from under them to Tesco. The only potential groundsharing to begin with was with Orrell. It was never a pre-condition.

For some reason my clock shows 2011, whereas the last thing I clearly remember is 1974. It realistically can be no later than 1975 or 1976. Is this some sort of virus I’ve been infected with??

                    6/36 = 1/6 = 16.666%

                    But we’ve played 32, not 36.

                    6/32 = 18.75%

I think a Chinese drum band might come in handy too. They can lay a nice beat and help the team play with a rively lytham.

(Griff, that’s the one I’ve been trying to get in for an hour)

We need to be rock solid, to be shore.

Rangers FC have been bought by a lottery winner. His family have said they shudder to think what he would have bought if he had got 4 numbers.

They don’t send letters to people with normal PAYE tax.

It is probable your tax code is now 747L (last year was 647L). Have a look on your payslip and you should see that somewhere. If it is then your allowance has been increased.

Shouldn’t your last sentence read “Live with it, FSF, FFS”. :D

No – no typo. It’s a sneaky way of getting kids into football grounds by smooth-talking the gate operators.

How about them focussing on the exorbitant pricing of football (I know that we are lucky but many are not) that makes football no longer something that parents can weasily take kids to?
