We should get at least £15 for him.

Weren’t we linked to him prior to him signing for Sunderland?

Anyway, we’re slowly turning into Wigan Celtic.

At what point will ginger hair and a mono-brow become compulsory to enter the stadium? (sorry, could that be classed as racist?)

The Daily Mail haven’t done these lads any favours with their photo have they?! And I reckon there’s not a legally bought alcoholic drink or even a driving license amongst ’em.

He’s being released from hospital with nothing more than a mild dose of the trots.

Bloody hell Salford, you don’t half look like Mick McCarthy!!!

Is that who it is? I thought it was the professor from Back To The Future.

TBH I don’t know how many we’ve sold but i’d guess its more than 6274.

I also don’t know if its allready been pointed out to you

It’s only a friendly not a semi final

It’s about a 4oo mile round trip not 12 miles

and the ticket prices are a bit dearer aswell

Despite it being a friendly, there will be more people watching it in the UK and worldwide than there will be watching Rugby League’s premier kock-out trophy final.

I’m shocked at how much you look like Guy Fawkes.

Salford, do you have the user name of an ‘On The Buses’ actor on Facebook by any chance?

    Match of the day

    or

    The football league show.

Its the latter for me. We might get a lot more positive comments from the panel on this show.

Yes, but they show less of the game.

    Bit stereotypical there

I’ve seen the Facebook profiles of lads sticking up for the flare throwers, and yes it’s stereotypical, but also extremely accurate.

just an after thought the police knew what was going to happen they came on the coaches warning us about flares and smoke bombs why not have a couple of boys in blue right in the middle of the fans or at the back it doesn’t take a genius to work that out , again no problems with them DONT THROW

Well, that’s lucky for you then.

The police don’t want to just stop it, they want to catch the culprits and putting a uniformed policeman in there isn’t the best way of doing that is it? But, it doesn’t take a genius to work that out does it?

I hope the Danny Dyer watching, ‘casual’ phrase touting, Stone Island wearing imbeciles get the book thrown at them.

Its worse in Europe and i cant see some of fans behavior being good Europe we just have to get on with it

That’s the home fans. Some of the local police are itching to get their batons out on English supporters. Let a flare off in the away end and they’ll hit every step on the way out.

But I think it’s all academic anyway. The kids throwing the flares won’t be able to save enough pocket money to go into Europe.

Dont condone it but its happening everywere and our european tour it will get worse

If they do that in Europe they’ll get a kicking from the police in some countries. Might teach the half-wits a lesson.

I should think they will sell out 10k for their first trip to new Wembley FFS!

Is that apart from their victory there in 2011 – y’know – the day you had to change your kick-off against QPR?[/quote]
No, it’s the day we chose to change our kick-off. There’s a big difference.
