I would take 2nd place TBH, but I do think we will win the league.
Despite rumblings on here, our strength in depth is the best in the division and we are winning games at the moment without actually playing well.

Fact is…we are top of the league and winning games. If you don’t like that then go watch the rugby. Trust me….its shite.
Yes we won on Tuesday but even if we hadn’t…a 4-0 win today is far more beneficial to our season.

He does say that Stu you’re right, however Ash Houghton says he has just mentioned to the press he is out so maybe he said it both ways.
Either way I don’t personally care what he says to the press as long as we are winning games.
I think we’re OK to be honest and would only be bringing someone in if they’re actually going to be first choice. Despite the negativity on here I think our fringe players are good enough. Maybe not with 11 changes but if we needed to replace the odd 1 or 2 due to injury or suspension then we are more than capable of doing that as we’ve shown with suspensions to Dunckley, Morsy and Evans. Bruce, Power and Perkins can replace those 3 with ease and then we have Shaun MacDonald as well.
I think the one position we lack a replacement in is right back. Nathan Byrne is doing an OK job there but I would rather see a natural right back come in if possible.
Whilst Ivan Toney isn’t winning many people over, he has a couple of goals to his name and I think Noel Hunt could grab a few as well. If we did bring another striker in then they would only be second choice to Grigg anyway so not sure one would want to come in and sit on the bench. Worst case scenario we can always shove Nick Powell forward and use Gary Roberts as the number 10 (another who I think gets some unwarranted stick) which should be enough.
They have received no complaints about it but are still wasting money on a 3 man panel to investigate it.
They will end up with an english boss now because if not then any english applicants will claim discrimination.
And it is very different to calling someone a n***** or blatant sexism.
He quite clearly is joking. I doubt they would refuse to employ someone English if he was the best option.
