Tough to know who is available because I think it will be the loan market for us unless we sell some of our better players.
With the injuries we’ve had at RB this season, Wabara may be worth another shot.
I think he’s a massively talented player but he seems to be really injury prone which is a worry for someone of his age. Hopefully we can get him fit because, like Gomez, he has the eye for a pass and probably scores more goals than Jordi does.

Not unreasonably, people say give Yootha a chance in the transfer market, perhaps to bring in the so called wonder kids from ManUre (Powell used to be one didn’t he? :P ). A good chef can rustle up a tasty meal from the left overs in the fridge…no different for a footy manager is it?

What do we class as a recognised striker? The Manager believes Yanic to be a striker so does that make him a recognised striker?
Is Wayne Rooney a striker or an attacking midfielder? Is Ronaldo better on the right or the left?
A very worrying stat. Even before Joyce we were hammering sides but not putting any shots on target. Our play in the final third is woeful.

Why do you despair jr? You try making so many fundamental mistakes as Joyce is in your job marrer and see how long you last. You cannot blame fans for being mad and upset. No fan of any club will go knowing the chance of seeing your beloved team win is being drastically reduced by the manager playing lads out of position and ignoring your best strike option. Will Grigg has not become a bad player overnight more likely the fact is that this boring anti-football we have adopted simply doesn’t suit the lad. Like Ali, LHL I have watched this club all my life with pride and fulfilment and its been only the last few years that has been really hard to take. I think the lads complaining on here go a lot further back than the greed league. Thirty or forty years and more. i think joyce is doing best he can with what he has trying to limit the damage untill january

It’s the players who are poor not the system. The system is trying to do the best with the squad we have.
The problem with playing two up front is that it weakens the midfield (the extra striker has to come from somewhere), who then are over-run. It then doesn’t matter how many strikers you have if the ball doesn’t get to them. Midfield is over-run, and the defence is put under pressure.
Our defence does seem to have improved, with everyone seeming to know what their job is – even if they don’t always manage to actually do it.
