They’re more predictable than Bob’s tactics.
You darksider you.
Fantastic
It doesn’t take long for fans to get on their backs at times to be fair.
I thought they stopped away fans from going over that bridge and sent them over the one near the North East corner?
From what I gathered at the time, Mr Whelan allowed the time to be moved so that the rugby game wouldn’t have to be changed again, he did as a favour to Ian Lenagan as it didn’t affect too much on Latic’s preparations.
So a Wigan v QPR 3pm KO on 27 August 2011 would have meant the RL Challenge Cup Final would have had to be moved as a favour to the Chairman of one of the finalists?
Seriously, you need to take those blue-tinted specs off Mr T….!
You can’t sense sarcasm very well then?
How ugly are people from Stoke? Dear me.
BREAKING NEWS: Wigan Athletic have signed Chinese prodigy Fu Kin No-Wan
Meanwhile – Villa have made just one signing in the whole window – a midfielder from Ligue 2.And you lot are moaning about us
Not true. They have just signed some guy from Spurs who hasn’t played a single game for the first team.
What puzzles me is – how does ‘arry cope with the paperwork seeing that he is illiterate (allegedly)? ;)
It’s obvious G. His dog does it.
His dog is probably worth more than Wigan Athletic.
Opinions should be based on facts. The facts are that the a Premier league has provided finalists in 7 out of 8 Champions league finals. More than any other country. Given thats the only competition where the respective leagues play each other its fair to say our league is at worst on a par with la liga.
Moreover Big Roy, it’s by far the most watched football league in the world, attracting the biggest audiences and the most investment, so in answer to sirdavewhelan’s challenge…
‘we’ll have this conversation in 5 years and see where the prem is at!‘
…it’ll be in exactly the same place. If this set of investors throw in the towel, there will be another set of them ready to take their place, and as long as the league has Man Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal, most of the world will still want to watch it.
Correct.
Wigan Athletic BTW are apparently the only side that are live on Spanish TV EVERY week.
this whole thing stinks of harry redknap
possibly told the player to get down to qpr and hang about while we sort it out
harry will get his wayCan’t help but think the same
Wouldn’t have minded bringing Graham in. Doubt he’d have come though.
How old is that tool at QPR with the “we beat the scum 1 0” t-shirt on? Pathetic.
I’d love to be the Chairman of a football club and interview Arry for a job.
“So…..you’re going to spend all my money and risk the future of the club. What will I get in return? Nothing? You’ve never won anything? Ah, one FA Cup and one top 4 finish. Thanks for coming, we’ll be in touch.”
A rumour – we’ve apparently enquired about a full back from Barnsley but won’t pay the 3 million quoted ???Stones I presume. He’s just been mentioned as a target for Everton.
