          Dempsey then put the ball in the net but his effort was rightly disallowed for an earlier handball, and a later claim for a penalty was again correctly turned down.

              Hugo was booked for protesting about a foul but nothing done to then when they ran 40yards. Also do the rules not say that if you leave the field of play celebrating a goal you get booked. There was 5 or 6 of their players went into the stand

              Di Santo was booked at the end for the same. He shouted at the linesman from a distance. Danny Murphy nearly nutted him.

                I said that. Also, why was nobody booked for the protest at the linesman? I doubt the conversation went ‘Sorry sir why have you disallowed that goal can I ask please?’ It was more like ‘Tw*t, c*nt, w*nker, b*llocks’ Refs will never get respect from players if they’re allowed to do that unpunished.

                                  I fekin enjoyed the day, the trip up was trouble free, the celebration for mackas goal was stupendous and I met Jayt’s little girls, what a gem!!
