I think alot of our defensive problems this season are due to the total football we are playing.
Mario and Figgy are playing too far up the pitch at times because of this and aren’t quick enough at getting back to help Titus and Boycie out who are getting caught and on occasions run ragged.
We have enough players going forward imo and think the back four should stay in line more often and concentrate on defending. Let Diame, Thomas and Scharner bring the ball out and N’Zogbia and the other winger create the chances.
As for his decision to put Lindsay on the board, well some of you must have very short memories or maybe selective memories !

Well fans who have jumped on the bandwagon won’t remember it happening will they as they didn’t support Latics then and so it didn’t effect them?

He’s out of contract in summer.£3m is bloody good money if he is showing no signs of signing a new contract.
I guess so yeah. He seems happy here at the moment though now he’s in the role he’s always wanted and is probably our vice captain.
If Boyce fit then I agree with that side. If not then Scharner at the back and Koumas in midfield. (although maybe Amaya could start)
It would help if we played Sinclair on the right seeing as he has no left foot whatsoever.
