Both goals came from their right side so they must have suspected where our weak link was today.

It doesn’t help to play Espinoza in front of him. Roger runs all over the pitch, and can’t be guaranteed to be there in defence when help is needed.

Both goals did come from Blackpool’s right. For the first goal, Beausejour was tracking the man with the ball. The ball was passed back to the unmarked Isaiah Osbourne to cross for Keogh to score.

For the second goal, Keogh beat Barnett on the goal line and pulled the ball back for Dobbie to score.

So Beausejour was not to blame for either goal. Did Beausejour play well? Not particularly. Did the team play well? Not at all.

    Rubbish.

For the first goal the forward came up behind him out jumped him and won the ball.

For the second he was out of position up the pitch – although Barnett should have been quicker but I suspect he thought the ball would go out of play and the winger beat him to it.

Thirdly Espinoza wasn’t playing in front of him it was Maloney.

Apart from that what you said was spot on !!! :)

If we do manage to get in there and not bottle it, who would we prefer over two legs, Derby or QPR.

For travelling it would be Derby as the away game would be a Sunday, how many would make the trip to QPR on Monday night?

For playing on paper, Derby are the form team and so QPR might be the easier of the two.

Or do you not give a flyer and will worry about it when and if it’s decided?

Unfortunately the way were playing at the moment we’ve not a chance regardless.
I tend to agree with that but I am a glass half empty kind of guy !!!!! :(

Well I’ll hold my hands up and apologise to Rosler for my comments this week.

He picked the team I wanted and they were awful today.

Did they think they just had to turn up and they would win?

Blackpool clearly wanted it more than we did.

Not sure where we go from here!

Well I am actually, it’s to Birmingham and I’m going.

At least there will be an edge to the game as we still need the points !!!

It’s a big day today! Three points will ensure Wigan get a place in the play-offs.

At the same time, that would push Blackpool closer to relegation. Each side has plenty to play for.

Yep should have been on Sky rather than the turgid game I’m currently watching !!!

Even Chelsea are running out of players. Last night – in a Champions League semifinal – they had Aké and Kalas on the bench. Mourinho faces more problems in the second leg. Though Ivanovic can return, Cech and Terry are now injured, and Lampard and Mikel will be suspended. And he wants to rest players in the vital league game at Liverpool.

And now Ramires has been suspended for four league games.
Shame !!!! B)

Rosler recognised things were going badly against Milwall, and made two changes at half time.

Again, he made two changes at half time against Burnley. So he obviously wanted a better performance.

Yeah but If he’d picked a better team to start with he wouldn’t have needed to change anything would he.

It’s all very well being fully supportive and whistling a happy tune no matter what but we still need 3 points to ensure our play off position.

I’d sooner we got them sooner rather than later.

Everyone assumes we’ll get them no problem in the next 2 games. However we were poor against Millwall at home and Doncaster away and lost.

If we don’t win on Saturday the pressure will mount.

He needs to play a strong attacking full strength team ie last Fridays in all the games and stop tinkering !!!!!!!!

Sorry if I’m missing the big picture !! ;)

Out of serious interest does anyone believe he could do a job at MUFC, or is it a step too far at this moment in time.

    I’m sure he does !! :)

smells of a give away this one
if not then how shyte are we really, but ill stick with us throwing this one

I thought exactly the same, matey – only thig that threw me was playing Gomez, rather thena rest him, too. Maybe he just thinks he’s indispensible.
Well he was taken off at half time.

So we had no attacking threat in the 1st half and lost our main creative player for the 2nd??

We really needed to maintain Fridays momentum for the rest of the season going into the play offs.

We’ve a poor record against QPR especially at Loftus Rd.

The motivation for the squad must be affected by the constant changes. You can play great and then you’re dropped for the next match ????

    Crazy.

in reply to: Herr Tinkerman does it again. #130100

But why not play the same team as Friday.

We clearly weren’t good enough today but we are better than that.

Callum came on in the 2nd half though didn’t he hence the improvement??

Because he’s looking at a bigger picture than you. Pick same team by play offs were shot, rotate keep them fresh and come the play offs then play the best team, whatever that may be. Which I’m sure will be different to what those moaning on here think it should be.
Then he needs to straighten the picture cos today it was well off centre.

And you said it play the best team – That was Friday’s.

Correct Fortune & McLean = no attacking threat.

Staggers me. He describes Fridays first half as perfection then changes the 4 most attacking players today.

    Why ????????????????

    And yes Arky I am f*****g moaning !!!!!!!! :S

in reply to: Herr Tinkerman does it again. #130085

1-0 to Burnley. Cut us apart and the guy was unmarked in the box !!

in reply to: How Long Before “Bottom Four Bob” #130083

I’m really looking forward to tomorrows game.

I just hope they take Utd apart like they did Arsenal.

Me too. I have Lukaku in my fantasy team so I hope he scores. But I also have Evra in defence, so he really needs to score at least 2.
Evra was in the stand ???

But never mind cos Baines is in mine !!! :) :) :cheer:
