I was just going to post the same about Xanthi. Up in the very top corner of Greece near the Turkish border.
Not Zante – or Zakynthos as it is properly called – where I went for my holiday last year :)
We went to Tsvili in Zante last year – Planet Studios. A great place to stay.They even stuck the home game against Stoke on the big screen for us !!!
Doesn’t matter – it’s still a recognised trophy even if it is down the pecking order.
And don’t kid yourself about our greatest honour – in a few years most people won’t remember that we won the FA Cup. Some have already forgotten.Actually it will.
Until it happens again we will be mentioned in Pub Quizzes everywhere for years to come.

It was a great feeling though to know we played well, created a host of chances and scored 4 goals.

You are probably right TL but just cos a team used to be good, it doesn’t mean they will be good to watch now.Leeds have been average for a long time.
I suppose it will take a few weeks to see how things settle down and give some indication of how things will pan out However if we are near the top and challenging a rethink will hopefully be in order. :)
Everton are playing Rapid Vienna at the moment and the Everton fans on twitter are going mad about tactics, how bad the defending is, why are they passing from side to side at the back and letting rapid push them back so easily, and the best one —-why do they keep taking short corners and losing possession or passing it back to their own half when they have brought players up.One thing they seem to be ok with is Robles who has made a string of saves.
Yep welcome to the real world Blue Noses. Their first game away at Norwich will be a real eye opener I’m sure.
