I do actually…

Never seen conjoined twins of the opposite sex before, nice one Donnelly, your best copy and paste yet, any more pal, any shaggin in em?
Where did it go?
No, just my opinion, you condescending prick.
Though he was wearing an Argentina shirt when he made the comment, the scruffy, Scottish, miserable, crying, ‘come on’ shouting, fist pumping, brow wiping after a one shot point, serial slam final losing, twwwwwaaaaasaaasatttttt!!!!!!
Oh, and his mum favors beaker off the muppets!
No surprises for me, England are the most over-rated international team I can think of, and have been for as long as I can remember, sure there are moments of joy, the odd good result, but that’s the same for all countries, I really don’t see how we can think of ourselves as any better than the denmarks and portugals of this world, let alone ze Germans and Spain.
I think all the expectation comes from the Premier league, the fact that it’s touted as the best in the world, skys relentless marketing and coverage, building up hopes and building up players. But let’s get real, the majority of quality players in the premier league play for other countries, and without them the league would be shite, so I can’t see things changing anytime soon!
Bloody hell is there a parrot in here? These comments are churned out by me regularly but don’t receive the attention probably because I don’t go anymore! I’m not in the clan so all opinions are less valid.
Good post nevertheless John.
I’m not in the ‘clan’ either mate, and it’s just an honest appraisal of the set up at the moment, from an unbiased and sensible viewpoint, just not good enough, and nothing should really be expected of them at all, which makes it all the more frustrating when you see the ‘superstar’ wages the majority are on, and they’d struggle to get into a lot of good European club teams, let alone international ones!
Should be a couple of intriguing semi finals, I’m hoping Spain get through, purely because I’m in Spain on the piss on Sunday, and it will make for a great night out

The game tonight highlighted the technical and tactical deficiencies in the England set up, when compared to a team that have it in bucket loads, despite (like England) not having a team full of superstars.
I’ve got to say that defensively I thought we were half decent, I think the back four did a job, but the midfield and attack was abysmal, just nowhere near the standard to win these tournaments.
Milner – shows willing, but too slow and one dimensional
Young – how the hell does he warrant a utd shirt, let alone an England one? Absolutely awful, and that’s nothing to do with missing a pen, that only compounded the fact he’s stealing a living as a winger. Maybe he’d have better luck in the Olympic diving team, because his signature dive, where the feet go higher than the head as he crashes to the ground, after being looked at by a defender, would defo give Tom Daley a run for his money, that’s his one consistency, I’ll give him that.
Gerard – no doubt he’s been a fine midfielder, but his strengths were always his engine, and getting forward supporting the strikers and dragging the opposition midfield with him, those days are long gone, sad to say he’s past it, certainly at this level, I can remember him banging goals in for fun at Liverpool, it’s been a while now hasn’t it? Now more a defensive midfielder/ sweeper role would be more apt, because his legs have gone.
Parker- shouldnt be anywhere near that England team, not on skill, not on experience and not on fitness, end of chat.
Walcott – shows glimpses of what could be, and his pace puts defenders in doubt, but end product is invariably poor, and can drift out of games completely.
Welbeck – could be a decent striker in the future, but nowhere near this level yet, he does show you snippets of quality that give a bit of hope that in a couple of years he could be very good, no service here though, and it’s very difficult to get the goals if you haven’t got the ball.
Rooney – the single most over- rated footballer in the world today, I can honestly say I’ve never rated him, at international level he gets exposed as the average player that he is, and has as many moments of madness as greatness, and it’s much the same at club level, I can remember some quality goals, but I can also remember as many acts of petulance and downright twatishness, just don’t see the attraction myself, the likes of messi and ronaldo are light years ahead of this guy, in fact i think I could name dozens of players that are better than him, crap for mine, and a prick too.
Carroll – Sweden have Ibrahimovic, we have Carroll, enough said.
Hodgson – set them up to be hard to beat, but chasing the ball against quality opposition is just prolonging the inevitable, would have been better going for it, had nothing to lose, will have to hope for a bit of quality coming through and lots of luck if he is going to have any success.

Roll on the World Cup, come on Engerlaaaaaaaaaaannnnndddd
wind him up, get him sent off the sulky wopThat is racist, and UEFA will fine you £3.50 if they find out ;)
Yes I will be rooting for The Father Land !I think the reason war atrocities and such came into the conversation might have something to do with using terms like above?!
Unless if course your father is German? Otherwise it is associated with Nazi Germany, and could sway people’s thought process into thinking you’re a raving Nazi, which I’m sure you’re not Phil, I do ‘get’ the football reasons, though I couldn’t bring myself to openly support them sausage eating, pils drinking, Jew murdering, Greece destroying, Kraut bastards. But we’ve all got our faults eh ;)
Obviously.
I agree Bicky, he needs to shut the hell up and think about his own club. He’s embarrassing with all this media crap, and the more he does it, the more I think he’s after getting his compo back and getting someone in on the cheap, or even promoting jonesy? Would not surprise me in the least!
Like you say, if that isn’t the case, why can’t Whelan just say no, no permission, no chance, we need to be prepared for the season with Bobby, or better still, say nowt!Yes indeed, the capital one cup, or the COC as it will be known,
The current coc holders are Liverpool, and Stevie G just can’t wait to get his hands on the coc again, I wonder if the captain will kiss the coc next year, or just run around the pitch, coc in hand, gleefully showing it off to all the fans.Jim Carrey?
Did you see that Milner miss tonight? Can’t really blame him, it was on his bad foot and it was a funny angle see
Some of the wigan legends went for a meal including methven, purdie, corrigan and houghton the waiter said would you like fish or LAMPETER
The waiter then said to Methven “do you want your steak well done”? Colin who had a terrible cold replied “er doh thanks ill Aberaeron”[/quote]
Did they cook it under the gryhl?
It won’t affect the clubs finances at all, dave has still got the original £40 million warchest that he promised to Jewell, the one that was there but didnt get spent because nobody in the world wanted to come to Wigan, and the one that won’t get spent again, because there’s still nobody in the world that wants to come to Wigan. And to think they’ve built a chippy and everything.
