i think most people on here will have left a job they like/love at some stage in there life for a big pay rise.
i think also that nzogbia must have been happy with us and liked playing here, but at the end of the day he could see other premiership players with half his skill level earning twice as much as him,
if you remember bruce had nearly got palacious to stay until spurs bettered the 60k a week man city had offered him in a late bid, that sort of money probably double of what we pay will sway any deal.

You have no idea – and you obviously failed to read a recent response to you on another thread.
Every time a post pops up about the Warriors do you realise how silly it looks. Tiny little things that reek of desperation and jealousy. How can you criticize their crowds when we have woeful crowds ourselves. Our away support is dreadful and only comes out to play when there is something at stake so to bring that up is just comical. We play the biggest sport in the world and can’t nearly fill it whereas the Rugby play in a sport which it at least 10 times least popular than football. You pick at their crowds, You pick at their fans, you pick at their defeats and you pick at their league. Well i am afraid The football is just as bad on every front and our league is the worst run and most corrupt in the world, (bar Italian Serie A) You moan when they get a big win and then they come on here and wind you up about it. Maybe if the threads like this were cut out the situation would not be inflamed and both sports can get on with it.

However, I am still of the belief that…..Marketing, publicity, PR, ticket sales, club, Et cetera Et cetera are controlled by those who may not have Wigan Athletic in their uppermost scheme of things (for want of a better way of explaining it)
FFS..although I heard adverts for season tickets on ‘Rock FM’ – a Preston based company…nothing has really been heard locally. (Is there a connection there somewhere?).
I have said it before and I will say it again…..there are ‘fifth columnists’ within the administration of the DW …..how else can any (business or otherwise) person release the kit that late in September.
