I know what you mean Barnsley , but how many fans did we take to the last semi-final last year, I can see 70,000 Arsenal and 20,000 Wiganers out to celebrate another victory .

I wont be shocked if we dont sell all our tickets, see us taking a lot more fans down ther than last years semi final.

The FA Cup Semi-Final draw is scheduled to take place after Hull City v Sunderland on ITV just before 4pm.

Ian Wright and Shaun Wright-Phillips will make the draw. The draw numbers are;

1 Arsenal
2 Hull City or Sunderland
3 Sheffield United or Charlton Athletic
4 Manchester City or Wigan Athletic

Tha knows if we win,We will get Arsenal next round? If City win,bet they dont get Arsenal. ;) Come on little Wigan owt can happen in the cup.

Only saw the first 20 min, the Mrs wanted to go to Waitrose…

What’s that with having 2 referees? Do they have to agree every decision between them?

Can you imagine having 2 Phil Dowds….or even worse some of the men who impersonate referees in this division we’re in for a season :woohoo:

They play with 2 referees in the NRL in a bid to speed the game up which has worked pretty well.

One referee will be the main official and will monitor the defensive line for offsides and will make the majority of the decisions on things such as high tackles and forwards passes.

The second official controls the play the ball so that sides can’t try to slow the play down. He’ll also advise the main referee on anything he may have missed.

Wigan made too many mistakes in the opening 20 minutes or so and gave themselves too much to do. Even when we got back into the game at 24-14 we then gifted them the final two tries off the back of silly mistakes.
The result could have been far worse and I’d have taken that at kick off if I’m being honest because I expected us to get truly stuffed.
Evening post and the reporter didnt think they get stuffed.

Not sure how many players on loan teams are allowed.Sure teams are only allowed to play five loan players in a game.

Watford had a team full of loans last season albeit mostly foreign players
Is that not the reason it got changed through Watford.
