I saw this photo being taken outside Maribor Airport. :) It looked like a nice, clean, good condition quality flag. A great item for any Latics fan living in Stubshaw Cross ;) Try Ebay..
Div 2???? That’s flattery indeed ;)
was manures manager for kast few seasons ,,,even last ,,cba editing,,,manures???? Grow up
Will you be giving Flyers out around the ground and in the Supporters club prior to the game on Saturday for the people who don’t look at this site?
I have been asked by a friend, who is contemplating taking his wife and two kids on the coach ( he can’t afford the plane) will the NO ALCOHOL rule be strictly adhered to? and will it be a Family type coach like the Travel Club coaches to away games? as he doesn’t want to spend 24 hours on a coach with people drinking, and effing and blinding all the time?
If its anything like the coaches to Bruge the toilets will be overflowing by the time you get to Dover. Best bring a 2 litre empty bottle ;)
Another last minute postponed game at Doncaster, ended up at Huddersfield (old ground, Leeds Road) :(
I went to Reading for a Tuesday night game some 30 years ago and there was only me and S.Gall there from Wigan.
As I said YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT :pinch: It isn’t about the money it’s the principal.
A friend who lives in Kazan has just e.mailed me with this terrible news. It’s a sobering thought to think we were in this airport only 8 days ago.
Something isn’t right about the ticket prices…. Kazan fans only Paid 250 rubles i.e. £5 for their tickets, which where in exactly the same position on the ground as Latics fans, but at the other end of the stadium. To me it looks like exploitation from Maribor (and Kazan) knowing Latics fans are desperate for tickets. Let’s see exactly where in relation to the earlier tickets these extra tickets are. Just looked at photographs of the ground and at the away end the only barrier I can see is more or less straight down the centre of the stand.
I cant believe your making a fuss about these ticket prices, you either want to watch your team play in Europe or you don’t. The difference you are quoting is totally insignificant in the scheme of things. Go and watch your team and enjoy the occasion, if my mates paid 20 dabs less than me so what I will be there and that’s all that matters.[/quote]
Obviously you are a guy who doesn’t mind being RIPPED OFF You have missed the point… If you went in a bar and you were charged £5 for a pint and your mates were charged £3.00 you would be O.K with that would you?
and why were we charged 3 times more than Kazan fans for exactly the same location, be it on the opposite end??? The Kazan and Maribor fans were charged the same as us when they came here…Yep I went. ;) I gave lots of the badges to Russian people. You would have thought I had given them 1,000 rubles. :) I gave one to a young lad outside of the stadium, who had a Stewards tabard on, on the Wednesday evening, when there was an Open Training session for the Latics on the pitch. He went back showing his mates like it was a prized possession, about 5 minutes later he came back with some Ruble coins asking if I could sell him some English coins. Luckily enough I had a 50p a couple of 20p’s 10p’s and a few 2p and 1p coins which I gave him. His face lit up like it was Christmas morning. It cost be about £1.00 but to see the joy those few coins gave him made my day

Hi Just sent the money, by Paypal, to the Philippines Disaster Emergency Committee.
I would guess after the initial sale of tickets to the people on the waiting list, who didn’t get one first time around, We will be lucky to sell another 50 as its only 3 weeks to go, and it’s pretty expensive, being so close to Christmas.
Can no one enlighten me as to the increase in cost, £13 to £17 as they are all in the same part of the ground???? -
