I think you just got lucky on Saturday Tez, there were people posting on here while on hold for 30 minutes or the phone lines where down around the time you stated, you gambled and got lucky some folk weren’t that fortunate.

Always going to lose with the side we had out (10 of our first 17) but the lack of effort was appalling.Latics would struggle without Jussi, Morgan, Pearce, Warnock, Daniels Perkins, Power, Morsy Wildschut and Grigg but you would at least expect the players that did play to show some passion.
Struggle? Bloody hell what an understatement, Wakefield scored 11 tries without reply that’s not struggling pal that’s a pasting.
Yes Latics may well “struggle” with the players you mentioned missing but i very much doubt we would get tonked 11-0 by Shrewsbury or Fleetwood, all we hear from the chubbies is how good the youngsters and the fringe players are and most of em could walk in to any SL team, obviously not!Arrogance is the problem at Wigan rugby but what do you expect when you have a coach like Wane.

Comments are pretty good!

And lets hope those who HAVE got tickets for Burton and Blackpool will be joining the party at Doncaster!
Fuck the EFL
The majority if not all the supporters who have followed Latics away all season will get tickets. The ones who want to go because it’s blackpool a way and want to go on the pish may not get a ticket. Seems perfectly fair to me. I can understand those fans who can’t commit to a season ticket due to work or family issues, but why suddenly do some of these same fans find time to go to Blackpool?. 3000 is more than a fair allocation for this match based on our away following all season and home crowds. If fans want to guarantee a ticket then they know what to do, but they can’t afford to wait and see if we are in a promotion race before they do it.
Saved me the Job. My Thoughts exactly.
Bullet seems under the impression he’s entitled to away tickets without any commitment to the club in the form of a season ticket. These “away birds” eh?
No excuse next year at £199.
Many of the clubs who experience demand for away tickets greater than availability operate a “Loyalty Points” system for ST Holders, where every away fixture attended gets a point and those with the most points get first dibs on the tickets. Its not ideal, as family members can often have different numbers of points, but is the fairest way of rewarding those who have made the more difficult journeys. I’m sure the WAFC database will know exactly who bought a ticket for Gillingham, Millwall & Peterborough, and could offer them first refusal on a Blackpool ticket.
It’s not often i agree with Mutty but he is spot on, we have got to put a better system in place, without sounding like a stuck record i now know of three season card holders that have tickets for Burton and now Blackpool who have not been to an away game this season, and there will be a lot more if the truth be known.

Another one jumping in feet first, i am a season card holder and attend away fixtures, i know a lot of people that are not season card holders but attend home and away games when they aren’t working.
I also know season card holders that rarely go to away games (only games like now, big games at the end of the season, ie Burton and Blackpool) Have you noticed there are plenty tickets left for Doncaster next week? And yes i am going.Surely a better system should be put in to place for away tickets, i don’t think it’s fair that the lads that travel up and down the country watching Latics should be penalised because they didn’t pay for a season card in pre season, i am virtually guaranteed a ticket for any away game but i still think its unfair.
Anyone any ideas on a fair system?

“Thousands of empty seats” My point exactly Donny!
Loads of our lot will miss out, ridiculous pal, pisses me right off.
Fuck the EFL
Allocation of 3,047 are they taking the piss? Blackpool only average 7,000 at home, even less for this one because of the protest march.
No doubt the season ticket home birds will be snapping up tickets for this one
Fuck the EFL
Yeah pal, it’s in the lounge at the South Stand, big screen and bar facilities, a few weeks ago when we played Millwall away in midweek the demand was so high they opened the lounge in the North Stand with the same facilities, a good chance it’ll be the same again for this one.
Up the tics!
Fuck the EFL
Beamback used for games midweek over a certain distance normally announced well in advance. Doubt it will be shown.Good call but an exception could be made seeing its a big game and a sell out, i dont think there would be any trouble shifting tickets.

Cheers Garswood,
Alot of folk will miss out including a few of my mates, i’ll be glad when we are out of this league (fingers crossed) then we can get back to allocations to suit our needs.
That said i bet a few home birds have a ticket for Burton that dont go to away matches especially on a week night.Lets hope they put the big screens on again.
Fuck the EFL
Cracking win! But hey lads lets not count chickens until it’s written in stone, it makes me nervous. ;) :woohoo:
Up the tics!

Serious question here fellas:If you do go up, do you think Emyr Huws will be back in a Latics shirt? He was very disrespectful to GC and the squad he has assembled last summer, and I would imagine that GC wouldn’t want someone in his squad who considered everyone else beneath him.
Why are you so arsed Smutty, are Sunderland after him?
Fuck the EFL
He was also moaning in a interview that poor refereeing lost his side the game! :woohoo: :S

It must be an early April Fools joke from the Daily Mail, you never see any trouble at RL matches according to the chubbs.
Family game my arse! :S
