Apologies if this has already been posted. But we have turned down 4 sunderland bids for grigg. Perhaps cook really does want him to stay.
To be honest it wont be cook who will have turned them down, he probably wont have any say and its all handeled at board level

I heard the opposite last week concerning Powell.Told he wants to stay and the negotiations are moving along steadily. Heard they are not a million miles apart..We’ll see !He dropped Sven off yesterday at the DW, maybe hes just heard Uncle Dave left his warchest behind and has gone back to find it ..

Well… as usual how these rumours start ..
I was told by a close friend that his friend who was working on something at the DW saw him arrive in the car park and go in to the offices at the ground.
That’s all I know, nothing more, nothing less, just putting it out there whilst I heard it.
Thing is where is he actually being asked to play ? – I just cant work it out and seems like were down to 10 from the beginning as he has zero contribution from what ive seen so far.
