Cousin.
Manager out off his depth simple.
Cook can not be blamed for missed chances, thats the job of the players, however picking massey time and time again can be blamed on cook..
Well that’s one reason for putting some blame on Cook. Not having a player good enough playing behind and alongside Moore is another.
Playing minus a real wide man putting in crosses for Moore to meet in the box is another.
Top scorer by a mile is a defender, what’s that all about.
Dominated last two away games yet get one point isn’t good enough so if it isn’t Cooks fault we miss chances then he needs to either address the situation by either dropping or punishing the offender’s.Decent stuff last 2 matches …..is that it ? Cooks negativity breeds negativity…….we all want us to win ,particularly today…..play offs really isn’t that far awayIt is an overated league and was last season but the play offs are a million miles away for us Derrick.
He will be brilliant for a Championship rival after we sell him to Liverpool for peanuts and they loan him to them.
Buck.
Bottom.
Nah. Your just being negative. On Rams TV the pundits just said an excellent away performance which Paul Cook must be delighted about. That goal worthy of winning any game. We were unlucky. 16 shots. Looked really dangerous. Lowe should have finished one on one.Three shots on target.

First memories really were of Allan Browns side in the mid sixties but probably made my debut in the late 50’s when carried on by my dad and grandad.
Yip I’m an old decrepid miserable sod but also yip JCL’s are most welcome along with anyone who walks through those turnstiles to follow The Latics.
It’s amazing now to see Hong Kong Latics, NYC Latics, Argentina Latics,Brazil Latics, Argentina Latics, Australia Latics and closer to home the Irish Latics.
All in the Latics Brotherhood. Simply Loveleah! When has our club let investment and crowds get in the way of success ???
Throughout our entire history (Whelan years apart who threw millions at it) ya fool! If you take those years away last year would be our most successful years in our history. Funnily enough now the moneys stopped being put in we are languishing towards the bottom of the Championship. Preston get bigger crowds. And again apart from the Whelan years have finished above us. Don’t see that long ago we used to give em the home end at Springfield Park.
Never ever given the home end at Springy to any club. Where did you dream that?
JCL’s everywhere eh VAT?
What do you mean?
It sounds like he is trying to make out that donnyspage is a JCL. Thats as far fetched as his notion of us ever giving up the home end to the away fans.
Away fans may have infiltrated the home end from time to time, but they have never been given the home end apart from when Bradford City visited and we offered them the choice to join us in a non segregation day. All fans that day mixed peacefully and in harmony with each other.
I think a few folks are remembering the Nob End game when the Nobbers came over the wall from the Shevvy End had a scuffle but the useless Wigan old bill left them on the Pop side and protected them.
Anybody remember the NPL select eleven v Man City game at Springy. Now that was a rather eventful evening with pitched battles on the Pop side and round into the Shevvy end.One match in the eighties. A last game of season match against Bradford City. As an experiment there was no segregation. There was no bother. Fans mingled and the experiment was a success.
It was never repeated. Probably because it was a success. The powers that be at The Kremlin Town Hall Wigan wouldn’t have liked that. When has our club let investment and crowds get in the way of success ???Throughout our entire history (Whelan years apart who threw millions at it) ya fool! Preston ???
They might be in the play-off positions, but have they actually achieved anything yet?
No they haven’t and fingers crossed they don’t but that aside for a club with the geographical area Nobs draw support from and for a town the size of Preston they must be pulling their hair out in frustration at the size of their support for their league position.
It’s the same old scenario for them though that we have and that’s attracting anyone extra than season card holders. -
