I’m not mad I’m sick. Sick of us shrinking away and not dealing with corners. Defend them better and we’d have a handful of more points, actually scoring from one now and again we’d have a lot more points.
I think prison is just a bit too far but there should be some deterant. Hopefully we’ll see some kind of legal punishment but sadly I am sceptical that we will. I don’t think the infrastructure is around to punish, enforce, educate, rehabilitate or whatever at the moment.
I’ve always loved football for how it brings people together, but the last few weeks its divided many.After that sad little outburst I’m sure I’ll be proved wrong, and I hope I am by the Latics family.
I think as decent human beings, and from what I’ve read on this site, we are, we have to stand together and do our bit against racism and all prejudice. I’m not saying putting ourselves a risk, arguing against a mob or trying to be a super hero, just doing what we believe is right.
Sometimes taking half a moment to challenge ourselves if needed as we all live in a messed up world.
