I think he’ll be acting more as a Goalkeeping coach this season, he’s unlikely to get many games and I’m sure he knows that as well.He’s been brilliant for the club though, fantastic in the first couple of seasons until Kirkland became our established No.1.

I know but 7 is my favourite and lucky number, I wasn’t stating that Martinez wore the number 7…just telling you what shirt to look out for ;)
If i’m honest the only reason I even knew he wasn’t 7 is because when I was younger I tried to get Martinez on my back, in the good ole springy park days, but as I was so small it wouldn’t fit and had to settle with Lee ‘7’. :lol:
