                    He can’t have received player of the season for being turd….so he has the skill and ability.

                    Maybe the fact that 50,000 jocks are on his back for 90 minutes may have done a little something to his confidence???? A new challenge may be what he needs.

                    …I say give him a go – Bramble was in the same position when he came here and is now proving to be one of the best defenders we have ever had! A big call considering we had Peter Atherton/Joe Parkinson…

                    An ex-Celtic captain who is British and will give players on the pitch a kick up the backside….just what we need at the moment IMO :P

                      yep but don’t forget, Browny only chased down players once he had followed the ball to their goalkeeper and went on a mad ‘un for 10 minutes. The rest of the time, he was giving away silly free kicks for shirt pulling, tripping people up on the way past and obstructing players…

                      …I do like Browny but Thomad and Diame are much much better…..

                            Mr Walker…surley your not suggesting that Whelan put in his own personal fortune and paid £M’s to put us where we are??

                            I think Mr Whelan should sell his house, all his assets or mortgage our attendances for 200 years and sign Kaka for £200M and Ronaldo for £200M….then we can win the league, Europe, the world cup and then everyone will come and watch us at the ….err….DW stadium (providing he didn’t sell that to pay for players) and we will get a gazillion fans on a week…..

                                  What a load of hairy bollocks – Rodders and Charles are going nowhere. My source is me! Birmingham are being linked with half of the Portsmouth team, half of the prem and half of the Spanish league.

                                  McLeish said yesterday he wasn’t going to spend big because his team are good enough for a top 10 finish this season.
