be watching in egypt in some grotty bar. :D :D :D
At least you won’t have the dark side around you moaning like fek.
If itul help what about a big booooo from all the dark side now, to give the lad a good send off. :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Vat I think we all are but I don’t think sacking Bobby is the way forward. Our team without McCarthy, Moses, Cleverley is similar to Liverpool being without Gerrard Torres and Meireles (how bad is the liverpool squad). Only we are Wigan and we don’t have a squad full of world class players waiting in the wings and thinking about it neither do liverpool but you get my point.
we have one major similarity with liverpool – we both are in trouble because useless spanish managers have been in charge for far to long, but the difference is they realised their mistake got rid of the problem and will recover.[/quote]
Oh yes king Kenny will pull um out,,  Mr Henry’s money might!!

What a journey!and having said all that, Rodders could and should have scored at least 4 goals. :o

What a journey!Agree with nearly all of that only for Stam. He was little boy lost in midfield in the first half, a couple of decent things in the second, but totally over run by the ageless Danny Murphy.
When is the back room team going to sort out Diame’s fitness? He cannot play for more than 10 -15 mins without having to almost stand still for 10 mins.
It seems to be getting worse than better.Never mind, out of bottom 3 and Wet Spam getting beat. 8-)

What a journey! But it did take 6 mins for Macarthur to come on once he was stripped. That was after GJ shouted like a mad man for him to come to the half way line as he warmed up near the corner flag. They looked desperate to get him on but hey 6 mins is not too bad on previous efforts.

What a journey!I think all 5 players you have mentioned would be an improvement on our squad
Yes playing at the standard they reached 4-5 seasons ago. You have to think of how they are likely to perform now not what they did years ago.
It’s the very same principal that got me saying to myself “for gods sake Bobby don’t bring Jason Roberts back”.Bentley apart, I personally wouldn’t have none of those players, I’d be more excited by an unknown foreign signing who may turn out to be another Valencia, Palacios or Rodders. Alright they may turn out to be a Aggahowa [Sp], but if you don’t take chances you don’t win nowt. :o

What a journey!Charles N’zogbia.
Funnily enough he is also our best winger, midfielder and if only 5 or 6 inches taller, probably centre half and goalie. :o 8-)

What a journey! That and the fact the teams around us have signed or are being linked with some hefty names
Must admit I can’t get to worked up over these so called “hefty” names.
Blackburn- Santa Cruz- is more injury prone than our own Steve Macmillan was. He’s overweight and no match fitness.
Brummy- Robbie keane??? A legend in his own mind and totally over rated. A pish poor Peter Crouch is keeping him out the spurs team.
Kenny Feckin Miller??- not another attempt at making it in the prem league. Not good enough for scottish football never mind the EPL
Wet Spam- Wayne Bridge- can’t defend for peanuts, I remember a certain Gary Teale ripping him to shreds when he was on loan at Fulham a few years back.
Fulham – Steve Sidwell – A poor man’s Ben Watson
The list goes on and on. As Bobby says a fit James McCarthy, Victor Moses and Franco de Santo is as good, if not better than that list of tosh above. ;)
PS. I’ll give you David Bentley if he can reproduce his Blackburn form, however he’s only played 7-8 games in 2 seasons for spurs so don’t hold yer breath.

What a journey! The fact of the matter is, he is totally and utterly a box player end of.
I remember watching him in the pre-season game at Oldham. He came on in the second half and looked so switched on in the box, twisting and turning and looked a real gem. Alright it was only Oldham, but you could see his sharpness and quick thinking. look at his youtube clips and see how he scores the majority of his goals. In the games he has played for us, 99% of the time he has had to come 30 -40 yards out to collect the ball or see it flying over his head. You can see him looking at the defender in fear of getting clattered, rather than keeping his eye on the ball. He then more often than not loses possession.
Mr Bosselli will score goals if the wide men get balls into the box or midfield players link up with him in and around the box. If we are looking for him to do an Heskey type job and hold the ball up bringing players into the game, we, and more importantly bobby can forget it.
I’m afraid he has been more a victim of our style of play, rather than him being just cack. :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! You never know, that weird neutral stand lot from CC may all come up and fill the North. :P

What a journey! The teletext on BBC,… football….Fridays gossip column…. it’s referring to him as Wigan’s Paul Scharner.
