We would all love to stop a losing run with a win, but life isnt that simple. The important thing is we stopped the losing run and kept a clean sheet which considering the piss poor goals we have been conceding is another bonus.

As GL said, if we had conceded late on then this board would have been full of posts claiming we should have played for the draw.

Jesus, your one positive fooker, don’t try to score we might lose ?? Wtf kinda statement is that ?.
Reading were poor, we were on top then we suddenly start slowing it down in the hope we get a point ? That’s exactly how teams go down trying to defend draws.

Did you not stop to think that Reading were dropping in looking for a point ?.
This is why if the very strong rumours0 that are flying around are true Cook’s successor is been lined up to takeover
And I could say that you’re one negative fooker but anyone who reads your posts can see that.

We have lost the last 4 before yesterday, created very little and given away soft goals. Yesterday we drew the game, created plenty and kept a clean sheet. Surely that must be a positive?

Losing matches gets you relegated and until yesterday that is exactly what we have been doing. Had you offered me 0-0 at kick off I’d have taken it. Losing run ended, bit of confidence at the back. Jobs a gooden.
Pmsl, a happy clapper thats over the moon with a 0-0 at home against a struggling side Jesus ter fookin night.
Your getting mixed up with negative views and what I and plenty others saw.
I saw plenty of chances granted but unless they’ve changed the rules they mean for fook all unless they hit the back of the net.
Then I saw Cook roll the ball away time wasting and shouting to James to take his time.
You think thats gonna stop the rot ?. Fookin hell fella your rose tinted glasses must be the size of Elton Johns.
Let’s hope we get something Wednesday and Saturday, 2 nil nils hey, ffs.
Cooks out his depth, we had a bag full off chances, we were on top, against a poor outfit an desperate for 3pts and he’s instructing players to slow it down?, that’s the sign of a manager in trouble.
Draws will not save us winning games at home against fellow struggling sides we need to start picking up wins against sides like Reading.
Tell me, if were not beating the likes of a poor Reading team at home then who are we going to beat.
I’ve a strong feeling 2 defeats in the next 2-3 games he’s gone. These new owners won’t want to take a chance on Cook funding new players Jan.
Well we beat West Brom at home or do we forget that one because of a bad run cup winners? Cook was the best thing since sliced bread at start of season and now he has half his best players out and we lose a few hes out his depth. Egg might be an happy clapper but its better than knowing noute about a sport you claim to have watched for years. Id rather get the opinion of Stevie Wonder.
Unfortunately its another break this weekend. It really is a great spoiler in our domestic season this stop go, stop go. Do we play more international games than in the past?

Donny lad, over the past few weeks we have bemoaned our injury crisis. This break should be looked upon as a godsend. We may just need these breaks the way our season is going. Look at it in the positive me owd prater
Unless of course players get injured training for their country as per Robinson.

Can’t understand why we don’t bring Elder back, not featuring for Leicester at all. Did Ok for us better defender than Robinson and that’s what we need at moment.

Leighton Baines probably our best ever left back and such a shame he didn’t go on to play for England.
Antonio Valencia did move on to greater things and probably should be in the best eleven.
Both of those should make the best Eleven and possibly should be in our best eleven if we had kept them or not.
Chimbonda right back?? For that season he was class the Judas git.

Sorry lad as much as Bainsey was one of my favourites we can’t say he was the best left back we,ve had at the club. That would have to be Alan Kennedy. Scored the winner to lift the European Cup and won everything in the game with Liverpool.
If you are looking in terms of how good they were when playing for us then its Bainsey for me. The likes of Kenedey, Gemmil, Fairclough etc had seen their best days well gone when putting on a tics shirt.
I think we have to judge this on how good they were when playing for us.

You might have to get used to the DW being used for all kinds of events. These new owners will want to squeeze the last second out the place as a money making exercise.

I wish we had got Janic back instead of Callum McManaman, I’m sure we would have seen him on the pitch a bit more.

Having watched the Bolton Forest game the other night, oh my god, Yannick looked like a new born giraffe at times. I’m not just saying it because he plays for Noblot, he and the rest of his team mates were woeful. Must be favs for the drop.

Mr BB, I’m always wary of posters who feel the need to follow a post with another straight after. A big sign of insecurity and all the traits of a moaning bar steward.
I call it as I see it, I look at the bigger picture and don’t feel the need to hammer the club, players and manager after every defeat, 5 mins after the final whistle. If that makes me a happy clapper, then so be it. I’d sooner be one of them than a big soft moaning twort.
