Even though Power was poor last season, Bogle was a potentially dangerous headless chicken and I’ve not seen enough of Byrne to comment, this looks like bad business to me. Fair play tell them off and listen to offers, but don’t do it publically. Making them train away from the squad and allowing them to vent on Twitter will only intensify bad feeling and make the players much harder to actually cash in on.
I think cooky had no choice in going public, once the players had done it.
Both Power and Bogle have done themselves no favours in going on the social media sites.
Coming out of this; Bogle is seen as a player not good enough for a league one side.
Power will probably go down the same route as Huws, being pushed from club to club. I bet he is really made up that Brentford are interested in him, they are a championship team after all, if that’s what he wants. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Bogle hasn’t submitted transfer request he has been transfer listed.
Reason is he doesn’t fit style of play.….and if you’ve seen him play back end of last season and in friendlies this season, you would have to agree.

What a journey!I remember Emyr Huws saying exactly the same thing as Power following our last relegation to league one. I think Cooky is doing the right thing and to be honest, Power didn’t make the step up to the championship like I thought he would. He always gave 100% but didn’t have the same impact, doing too much sideways and backwards passing. Can’t remember him scoring but remembered him hitting row z and the corner flag a few times. He did great in league one and IMO that’s where he’s at as a player at the moment.

What a journey!I think the back will look better when the players names are on. I’d sooner be able to read the names rather than um being lost in a sea of stripes.

What a journey! What position do those three players play JR? Who of the first teamers would you drop for them?Lang has looked the far better player than Bogle so that would be my first change. Merrie is a busy midfielder and offers more going forward than say Perkins or Power, that would be my second change. Burgess may be a bench player till he gets a bit more experience. You can only make decisions on what you see in pre season games and that’s what I’ve seen.

What a journey!I remember Leighton Baines being introduced to the first team due to injuries. He started slow but the rest is history. If they are good enough they are old enough and on the pre season form certainly Lang, Merrie and Burgess have looked as good, if not better than the so called first teamers.

What a journey!Concerning the kids I like what he is saying. Looks like we could see some of our youngsters in when needed and I don’t think PC will be afraid of calling them up.Never mind calling on them when needed, get the fookers in at MK Dons.

What a journey!I think Sam Stubbs could step up he looks very goodDid you see him at Southport?. He lost every header to the tall bustling number 9 who apparently was once with Wigan. As soon as Burn started picking him up and later Dunkley, the same player did nowt. Deffo good prospect but also far from being ready for first team action.

What a journey! If Cooky has learned just one thing I hope it’s that Callum Lang must start before Bogle. I forgave him for struggling against prem league players last Friday but struggling against centre halves who had bigger guts than me? WTF.

What a journey!Great opening post after we’ve just drawn with and matched a strong Liverpool team.

What a journey!I was going to chirp in, but then thought it’s clucking pointless.

What a journey!Well at least that’s a keeper signed with experience of the lower leagues albeit on loan.Lavercombe can claim lower league experience with Torquay and he is our player.

What a journey! And none of the last 3 managers thought of playing him. We can assume he isn’t gonna make the grade.Goal keepers tend to mature a little slower than outfield players. I think there’s time for young Lavercombe to make the grade. He was only 19 when we signed him, he’s now 21.
Actually this manager did think of playing him.

What a journey!I would imaging GB had his say on these transfers being the manager at the time.
I’m sure Cookie will have the last say on who comes and goes from now on.
The scouts are there to recommend players not sign them. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!I’m not a lover of round neck shirts, looks like something Bradley Wiggins would wear.
