I think it is between Wolves, us, West Brom and Blackpool for who will go down. I dont see us having more passion or fight than these three though :thumbdown:
It has been mentioned that Hugo has lost interest or cant be bothered. Could this have something to do with playing up front on his own in a poor formation for an even worse manager? We have had Boselli, Di Santo, Scotland and Morano who all came having scored goals and looking good players however all had their confidence shot within 6 months of playing on their own up top

It seems that some people always want us to be seen as little Wigan upsetting the odds.There are now smaller teams than us and plenty of teams that outsiders see us as a better team than. The truth is we arnt the same club or team anymore the little Wigan who got into the Prem was full of British players who cared about the club and fans and were happy to spend time with us. The same cant be said for this current crop (and to some extent manager)
Also I dont think that the fans expect us to be better then we are but we hope to improve season upon season and over the past 18 months this simply hasnt happened.I dont even think Thomas is the worst player we have in the squad at the moment never mind the worst player ever.
For me that goes to Peron apart from his debut where he had a stormer. If my memory serves me right it was Wolves in the FA cup?I would say that I’m a light shade of grey on the Whelan debate as I can remember life before him and I wouldnt want to go back to that. However, on the Matinez matter I would be classed as a darksider he was a club legend however has come back and ruined our team with his total inability and lack of nackers! I fear if he is still here at the end of the season we will finish bottom with only 2 or 3 more wins

Had a few good seasons at Reading but has gone down hill since. Still couldnt see him scoring goals for us up front on his own :roll:
The Figgy issue is similar to most of our other defenders – they cant defend!
Alcaraz was one of the best defenders at the world cup yet looks average for us.
It was clear last year we need a defensive coach yet there is still no sign of oneDidn’t he say it would take 3 transfer windows to change the way we play? – I think he did that on time, alright
He certainly has done that just not the way we expected!
Even with a one in one out policy the majority players he has brought in have been garbage and some for a lot of moneyI dont believe he has said much wrong here. Compared to madrid, Wigan would seem like a crappy town and as for the women ui couldnt agree more there are some right munters (usually in a worriers top)
