What ? Moving on ? Time for your lie down i think.Put whatever posts you want on.We are not soothsayers so i tell it as i see it on a game by game basis .Ooops im sorry I forgot ,only Mogodon fuelled posts now permitted here !!!
Like an honest post like that….now waiting for the hate mob to begin their key tapping .
Did well but scoreboard didnt read wigan ponfull of chances-Chelsea 2.Kone needs to start as Di Santo will never score the goals our play deserves.I thought Chelsea once in front were never really tested and cruised through rest of the game.Saints game will be interesting as they did well yesterday.
Pennant ? Forget it , loose cannon ,and if thats as good as our transfer speculation gets the season for us will again begin in March .
Olympics dull…?…Standish spot on ,its all about diversity and hopefully the media saturation will encourage kids to maybe take up sports they have probably never seen close up.The cycling this tea time was hair prickle on the back of the neck stuff…….well was for me anyway …
As for entertainment factor then lets pray we start the season as we left off as I would rather not wait 28 games for my entertainment thank you !!!
goodpost Spot on John Doe ….most sensible post seen on here for ages !!!!
Behave!!!he did make an arse of himself…..needed to keep stum and stop being the Sky sports news spokesman and let it all play out, like he did when we lost 8 on the trot…
Fantastic turnaround and all credit to Robbie and the playing staff for 1 of the prems greatest resurrections.I never saw it happening and I doubt truth be known neither did many more.A lot of posters have analyzed our recent staggering improvement ( including myself) and the ” we knew he’d do it all along crew ” and there is no definitive reason .IMO it was probably a mixture of confidence, tactical tweeks,a couple of personnel additions and the real threat of relegation finally dawning on some players whose individual performances greatly improved. In his sky interview Gary Caldwell stated that he thought they were very poor for most of the season and needed to start much better next season and not have to go down the same road again.Whatever instigated this improvement may it continue, and lets hope Mr Whelan slackens the money belt to give Robbie a few quid to add to his squad ,something methinks he richly deserves .
What a p####r…..
All credit to the manager and staff for a fantastic turn around and the best football this club has probably ever played.I hope that we can start the season in august this year (provided i’m not tempting relegation fate)but the jungle drums increasingly beat that a change of manager maybe afoot !
Jrfatfan can single me out all you want ,beating Arsenal.Liverpool etc still means sod all if we drop.As Filmoss states its a 38 game league ,obviously your league is based on 6 games so we must be top then .Try some electroconvulsive therapy I hear it works wonders for people with 32 game memory loss :P
I don’t want it to go to the Rovers game !!I wonder if the press will quote Qpr as winning against a” poor” Spurs team or a fantastic effort and managerial masterclass by Hughes ?
jratfan can trawl as many posts as he wants up …..we were s**t for 21/2 seasons and that is a fact, the only difference being that some of us saw it for what it was and didnt climb up Robbies arse.I am big enough to get behind the man and praise him to the rooftops for his recent amazing achievements and I hope his success continues but don’t post on here like some soothsayer who saw the w.i.p 2 seasons ago…..off your horse please !
Try and stay away from the negative past (it really did happen!!)and look to the future .Fantastic series of performances and credit to Robbie and all the players .The question I pose is being that the playing staff is the same and the formation has been tweeked then why the sudden huge improvement ?Is it that the players feel more comfortable with this system ? or did the relegation threat suddenly wake them up ?
