Those clowns who were on the pitch should be identified, charged, fined and banned for life. The collective fines should represent the cost of rescheduling the match.

The police seem to be able to find anonymous keyboard racists, so identifying that twat hurl a camera onto the pitchside should be pretty straightforward.

Then, if they really feel that bad about the owners, they should cancel their season tickets. But they wont, because they are a bunch of unprincipled wankers who know that there’ll be five more southerners who will happily pay the Glazers £700+ a year for that ST.

Why the fuck would anyone swap this club for a club like Sunderland, the mind boggles!

    Because of people like you.

Everything League One related needs to be cleared by Wycombe Wanderers.

Very pleased for you Jay, the club, the town and all the loyal fans that have endured a truly shit 10 months.

Returning to the DW to see L1 football next season isnt what it should have been last July, but its a damn sight better than L2 football or, as it looked for a good while, no football at all.

Enjoy your week, your summer and in the words of that Peter Crouch podcast – “Back Stronger”

Why does everybody think Dale have an easy run in MK still have a chance of the playoffs albeit a small chance but they will be going all out to beat Dale who could just as easily lose at Wombles and MK
    I still prefer our position

It would take three of Charlton, Portsmouth, Oxford & Blackpool to not win any of their games for MK Dons to get into the playoffs. I agree that if they have a sniff of 6th come 8 May then it becomes a difficult game, but I cant see those 4 losing all their games before the last day of the season.

All you can ask for is to have it in your own hands and be at home on the final day to the shittest side in the league who are in complete dissary. Before Scab says it, you dont get to play Sunderland three times!

Wimbledon win without a shadow of a doubt. It means there is a 4pt cushion to 21st place with 2 to play and it also guarantees that its in your own hands come the last game of the season.

Whether Wigan finish 20th or 19th is irrelevent. The only thing that matters now is not finishing 21st.

Premier League rules state that 14/20 need to approve a motion. The excluded 14 should introduce a rule that states:

A club will forfeit membership of the premier league if they compete in a competition that is not approved by the Premier League, the FA, the EFL, UEFA or FIFA.

If the EFL did likewise, then those 6 would have a choice of competing as they do now or playing in the ESL and nowhere else.

Or maybe mutty was just talking bollocks.

    Or maybe I wasnt.

Northampton guaranteed 3 points on the last game of the season. Rochdale with a 97th minute equalizer and a run-in against sides with nothing to play for.

Thankfully Hull have wrapped up promotion before next Saturday, but the question is do they want to humiliate Wigan like Wigan humiliated them last July. They’ve done it once this season already, but I suspect if there’s one team that they really want to repeatedly hammer, its Wigan.

Could all go to the last game – bet you’ll suddenly become a Sunderland fan then eh Scab?

in reply to: Is 3 points enough? #192306

Sunderland will roll over for Northampton on the last day of the season because Egg, scab barlow and Bullshit keep laughing at them. ;-)

    Max Power and Will Grigg.

    2 time L1 champions.

Fail at Sunderland, but yes it’s their fault and not Sunderlands.

Billy Gigg is ripping it up at MK Dons isnt he.

You are living in the past scab. Perhaps you need to sign Jason Roberts & Nathan Ellington for your promotion push next season?

in reply to: F*** off Mutty #192288

There may be bonuses and promotion pay rises for those who are still in contract, but not for those out of contract.

Jury’s out on the manager at the moment. His PPG record is not much better than his predecessor or the one before, but in his defence, he didnt sign these players. The summer will see a huge turnround in players, and the word on the street is that its going to be data driven, like Brentford do. So the days of signing “proven” L1 players like Power, Grigg etc is supposed to be over. Young, fit, quick, hungry are the requirements. If they come with that attitude, they’ll get to train at the best facilities and play in the best stadium in front of the largest crowds. And they’ll probably get paid the highest too.

I wouldnt back Sunderland to even go up in the playoffs now and have resigned myself to another season in this league. Hopefully I’ll get another trip to the DW – maybe they’ll give us the East Stand again?

in reply to: F*** off Mutty #192286

They’ve got no incentive to go up. Of the starting 11 today 9 are out of contract come the end of the season and one is on loan. Only Baily Wright is contracted to next season. It is a highly unusual situation, as a team would usually have at least 70% on a longer deal or at least have an option to exercise.

So, if you were a L1 standard footballer around 30yrs old and you had this choice:

Get promoted and we wont be renewing your contract as you are not quite up to Championship standard

    or

Dont get promoted and about half of you will get another contract because you are ok at this level as we cant persuade enough Championship level footballers to drop a division.

What would you do? Bust your gut or give 95% effort and come up “just short”. Its human nature to go for the latter as it gives you a better chance of further employment.

It wouldnt surprise me if Max Power was back at the DW next season playing for Wigan as this is his level and I very much doubt he’ll be offered another deal.

Maybe we saw their side and felt Lang was a better option?

Stick with “being the better side on the night” as that would be cheating…

I quite liked him mutt he had the vision and reality of how a club should be run in todays climate and he certainly stopped your lot getting bogged down with further debt.

He used the parachute payments to fund his purchase of the club, then started slagging off the fans when questions were asked as to exactly how much of the purchase price was funded by him and his sidekick.

Thanks. TBH, I didnt expect anything else but abuse from the likes of SSB and Bullitt. They have no class, nor humility.

    I rest my case.
