so it was the refs fault we gave the worst performance by an England team in living memory. It wasnt down to Terry,Upson and Johnson who looked like they had never played the game before. It wasnt due to the fact that Gerrard, Lumpard Barry and Milner played so close together we had no shape or width.Or that Rooney looked like he just couldnt care less. It was the dissallowed goal that cost us. mmmmmmmmm
We can blame many things to cover up this shambles, the goal that never was, the ball, the formation ,the manager but in the cold light of day our finest talent somehow managed to inflict our heaviest ever world cup defeat against probably the worst German team we have ever faced. The message to Rooney,Gerrard,Lumpard and co is THE ONLY THING WORLD CLASS ABOUT ENGLAND IS THE SUPPORTERS not you bunch of egotistic useless cretins.
could not agree more
Phew, obviously delighted but im really starting to worry that Capello is too negative at times. We really needed to score a 2nd goal to win the group but once Rooney went off we was on the backfoot. Why is he continuing to play people out of position? Joe Cole????? Until Rooney went it looked a matter of time before we scored again so why not replace him with Crouch or Heskey and just go for it. He then swaps Defoe for Heskey just to help shut up shop. We got lucky today in the end coz we almost conceded late on and due to not scoring another we have shamedly come 2nd to the hamburger munchers. Their keeper today was outstanding but we should put teams like them away hope he gets it right in the next game as it will probably be against the square yeaded sausage eaters.
cameroon?
I was at the Dell when we played Southampton great day out crap result. BTW MK Dons Yeovil and Rushden all joined the league later although MK was a franchise which stole Wimbledons place
At least mean it if you aint bothered and dont start wearing your colours if we start doing well proffessing your undying love for the boys it pi$$es me off when you see everybody going mental when we win who normally wouldnt give a flyer about football. If you are a true football fan and never been to an England game all I can say is your missing out. I worship the national team and was an England member for a few years and cant wait to see the countrys finest just get behind the lads if your a football nut
Wigan Athletic v Cambridge City as Cambridge gave up home tie methinks so the 1st away team to win a competitive game at the new JJb was Wigan Ath
Coventry City chocolate brown kit early 80s Talbot splashed on it simply the worst kit in living memory
Springy to a small boy going to his first ever Latics game seemed enormous and an unforgettable experience. I was hooked it was a special place. The supporters club can never be bettered or will ever be replaced. Springy was our ground our home the DW is just a stadium
would it not make more sense to give the east stand back to away fans?
Arsenal,maybe? :!:
