Who the fook do you think you are talking to filmoss you and other Gobshites have turned a posting into a argument.or can you lot either not afford or can’t be bothered to go to Bournemouth.
These multi wind ups are poor nowadays.
I thought the championship kicked off on the 3rd of August ?A good point well made!
I am looking forward to it a lot less now considering I was planning on travelling to Barnsley…
It’s the television rights that make the difference.I’d expect attendances next season to be around 12,000.
I hope that is just Wigan fans.
Why will we lose 5,000 a game?Loads of more local games, and on the assumption that we start being more competitive (a big assumption, I accept) I don’t think we’ll lose that many home supporters.
I in fact think our average attendance could be up.
8,000 renewals already isn’t too bad at all!
I wouldn’t quit your day job just yet Phil but in summary I don’t think it is that bad compared to the plight of QPR for example.
Wages seem the biggest factor in this and thankfully the clubs contingency plan included significant wage drops in line with the clubs drop in income.
While you can’t give Martinez all the credit for this as the majority has to go to the likes of Jackson and Whelan I do have a little bit of thanks to him in that he left us in a position where we don’t have to fear if we will ever not have a club to support once Whelan passes on.
Go on then I will have a nibble.. It is lunch time after all..
“Whelan could look into suing Martinez as he appears now to have been very underhand, if he rated Joel & Alcaraz so highly, why weren’t they given Wigan contracts ?”
Alcaraz was offered a contract he just didn’t want to sign it.
Robles was never our player but I would bet a penny to a pound of poo if we had a fee agreed he would not want to play in the Championship.
“Who wanted the fairly low buy out clause in Kone’s contract, was there an attempt to get rid of the clause ?”
Kone’s agent and probably Kone himself as he clearly is too good to be playing the Championship.
How do you think an attempt to get rid of the clause would go down?
Jackson: Hey Kone, we want to get rid of that relegation release clause what do you think?
Kone: Fek orf we are third from bottom and I am playing for peanuts as it is.
There is nothing underhand about it all.
If Martinez hadn’t signed them for Everton someone else would have.
In fact if Martinez was still in charge I would bet that none of them would have been in a Wigan shirt next season anyway.
The moron is you salford, you’ve been taken in by Mr.Nice hook, line & sinker, you have your opinion though & I have mine.Nope, the moron is still you.
Just because you are entitled to an opinion there is nothing stopping that opinion from being completely wrong.
Anyway rather than playing moron tennis all day I shall now bow out of this discussion.
Good day to you.
Whelan could look into suing Martinez as he appears now to have been very underhand, if he rated Joel & Alcaraz so highly, why weren’t they given Wigan contracts ? Who wanted the fairly low buy out clause in Kone’s contract, was there an attempt to get rid of the clause ?I have sat here for a few minutes trying to think of a diplomatic response to this and came up with the following:
Shut up you moron.
I didn’t hear any complaints when we signed Scotland and Gomez……. Oh hang on.
Don’t know why you’re apologising griff…
He isn’t the first person in the world that had a father that has died before their time its just most wouldn’t bring it up in such a childish manner.
Grow up ffs.
He scored 15 the season before last.
Nothing like a bit of casual racism to degrade what is essentially a person moving from one job to a better one.
I bet Maloney is seething he signed a new contract half way through last season or he could have been off to Everton for a pittance of what he is worth to us.
Just hope if he does stay we can keep him happy enough to keep up his level of performance and Coyle doesn’t lump him out on the left wing.
I don’t take many other sports seriously but it was a cracking final which he fully deserved to win.
Wherever his allegiance lies he is a British tennis player and it was a good day for British tennis regardless of opinions.
If any of these proper latics mon are reading this can you ask why me bins haven’t been collected this week.
