Well they’re not all thick. John from Shevington, Wigan, who happens to sit close to me in the West Stand won £65,000 on that Lottery thingy, “In It To Win It”, on Saturday night.
it make no difference if the increase is from 300 to 600 quid a week or 30k to 60k a week.In terms of standard of living there is a massive difference between those two increases.
Hears the sound of a penny drop………
Is it the number of tickets sold for the Norwich game?
truelatic4eva. The Jade Goody of this message board!
It is a great pity that Kirkland has such serious injury problems. After watching our four goalkeepers warming up at Stoke it was clear to me that, technique wise, the best ‘keeper was Kirkland. If it wasn’t for his back problem he would still be a top, probably the best English, goalkeeper.
I boycotted a lot of games last season but did get to the last five games of the season gone, because I saw that results were improving. What a difference the games were like compared to the dross in the first half of the season.
Anyway, long story short I have ended my boycott and have decided to get a season ticket this time. Is there anyone else who is coming back?
I wonder if you were one of those I saw walking over the canal bridge after half-an-hour of the West Ham game?
Don’t like that Chelsea away, Man U home, Arsenal away run in 7 days in April.:scared-shocked:
That sounds like darkside talk.
I just mix some green stuff with some white stuff. Works everytime.
It would be a shame to see him go now, having suffrered through the pain of his rebuilding of our style of play.I echo your sentiment.
I would be surprised and disappointed if he did go. Having said that I shouldn’t be surprised about anything that happens where Premiership football is concerned.
Seems to me that this article has been written by someone “in the know”, a Latics fan no less.
Now who do we know with Swiss connections?
Hmmm! Whatever happened to “Exotic” I wonder?
Maybe he still posts on here under a different name. Time to own up, chap! :shhh:Ah ha!……..I think it’s Sammy….in the Cockney Latic Room…with a cyber pen.
Is it you……….chap?

Not me Micky. I don’t have the literacy skills, time nor inclination to write something like that.
A good read nonetheless.Seems to me that this article has been written by someone “in the know”, a Latics fan no less.

Very time consuming; ghost-writing for Mr Holloway! ;)
Me and George Clooney.
But you’ll have to take my word for that!
Glad to see you posting again Micky.
It seems FIFA has come to the realisation that playing football in 50 degree heat is not such a good idea after all. So they denounce Mohamed Bin Hammam by claiming he bought the world cup for Qatar, which will now give them the excuse to withdraw that award and choose somewhere else.
