How long will it be do you reckon before the first empty stand picture in the press followed by a “back to their true level’ headline?
Written by a journo that wasn’t even at the game.
10 quid adults, quid a kid.
In the same way as in the Prem, until we get points for our crowds I’m not arsed. Yes it would be great to sell out each week and have a huge fanbase, but we don’t. So what?
I’d rather have no fans and 3 points (fingers crossed) than be someone like Newcastle.
Touché monsieur oeufWarrington stripes no?
They had stripes a few years ago yes, but usually they hoops or a vee.
Newcastle Knights in the NRL wear stripes quite a bit TBH.

Looks like a rugby kit
Don’t know any rugby teams that wear stripes so no, it doesn’t.
Don’t Klumps RLFC of Wigan, Chorley and Gtr Penwortham wear stripes?
No. They wear hoops ;)

Good interview with James.

Quite like these as well. Change the black for blue. Maybe a dark blue on the away.
What a daft comment. Take the away end out and there’s 20k tickets or so to be sold.
We would have had to sell over 10k tickets for their to be more sold seats than not. When was anyone expecting that to happen?
Exactly. If we get anywhere close to 10K season tickets we’ll have done well.

I’d take a blue version of this:

Bloody rubbish Wigan
McClean and Fortune are (IMO) both great target men. They’ll run all day and cause defenders problems. They won’t get you 20 goals though and should have been played alongside someone such as Mckay, Waghorn or dare I say Delort.
Fortuné is a one trick pony, receives the ball with his back to goal, leans back towards the defender and either gets gets dispossessed or falls over, one of the worst strikers I have ever seen and I have seen a few bad ones!
Or he would skin the defender and get a shot away (granted he wouldnt score) or cross (winner v brighton) or win a foul (penalty v city). He is never a goal scorer but harsh to say he did nothing else, he just had no support.
I loved Simon Haworth. His goal at Wembley was fantastic. Yet again, another goal we would still see today if a PL player scores it.
People talk about Roberts and Ellington (rightfully) but what about that front three of Liddell Haworth and Barlow??
Thought you locals could have walked to Deepdale ;)
I can’t find any. I’m sure the club will put it on at some point.
