Being serious instead, I’d like to see:
Nicholls, Cosgrove, Flores, Chow, Wilson, Jennings and Johnson all given serious game time next season.
Grant Holt should be the top scorer in League one next season, but he won’t be allowed to stay because he’ll be on 50p per hour too much.More like £5000
We could start next season withCarson
Tavernier Kiernan Pearce Taylor-Sinclair
Perch McCann Huws McClean
Holt McKay
Subs Taylor Cowie Riera Waghorn Barnett
Could these lot keep us in League 1? Could they get us promoted? If not why did we expect them to get us promoted and why were they signed in the first place?
We could also start with:
Neuer
Alves Hummels Sergio Ramos Alba
Modric Xavi Yaya Toure
Messi Suarez Ronaldo
i recon ten minutes with jonny will make Fortuné a much better player.:D
Go away you tit. If you’re going to compare something at least make sure it isn’t apples and oranges.
Just seen the highlights. Thought Pearce was unlucky.
League One clearly his level.
Can’t take that into account until it happens.
I think 3 wins will do it personally.
Rotherham:
Fulham (A) 0 points
Norwich (H)0 points
Reading (H) 1 point
Leeds (A) 0 pointsThat puts them 8 above us. We beat Millwall, Brighton and one of the other two. Voila!
You can take every away fan out of it and we still bettered your attendances in the top league and that’s a FACT.Correct, by between 500 and 1000 depending on the season. Take out the away fans in the home ends (don’t say it doesn’t happen) and it’s a few hundred.
Regardless of what division we are in, I would give Lee Nicholls the number 1 shirt.
We were just prepared to give Malky time. He had it, he failed. You on the other hand slated him from the off and even if we were safe now you would be for one thing or another.
I blame Martinez
Football isn’t played on paper which is why we are where we are as opposed to chasing promotion as we were expected too.
I have seen McKay for a full 60 minutes in a Development game – so not very high level. Reminded me of Boselli.Kept running into space, but “non-productive” space, if you know what I mean, so the ball didn’t come to him. Didn’t do enough in my eyes on his own to make things happen. Maybe a poacher if others do the work, but at Championship level need to create more himself.
Just one game, to be fair, and what we’ve got isn’t working, but as I keep saying – many are asking why he isn’t playing as though he is the answer to all our problems.
He isn’t. I hope he can become that though. Maybe with the correct support around him.
He is the answer to most problems, as is Don Cowie.
