Is Alan Pardew a scouser? He’s just been on SSN STILL going on about the challengs. Apparently nor Wigan or Callum have apologised.
I am gonna estimate an attendance of between 40,000 and 46,000 for the semi !
60-70k, I reckon. I DO believe Wembley is too big for a semi final, unless you have two of the ‘top clubs’ playing each other. Our progress this season, and that of Millwall, makes a mockery of the FA’s ignorance in having the semi’s at Wembley. Perhaps in the future they will have a rethink? Or is it all about money? (It is, isn’t it? They can make more money out of having games at Wembley)
Villa Park would’ve been ideal for Wigan V Millwall, wouldn’t it? About 50,000 capacity, is it? Halfway between for both sides, too.
The semi finals shouldn’t be at Wembley at all and nor should International friendlies.
Playing at the national stadium should be an honour reserved for those who have made a final or been lucky enough to be picked for a full International.
Move the friendlies around like when Wembley was shut and give the whole Country the chance to watch the national side. The last few at Wembley haven’t sold out IIRC.
1,000 in south are held back (not on sale) as it’s something to do with unreserved seating (god knows why???)
£10 tickets in east have all gone i believe (as you’d expect for their big derby coincidentally held every year on a bank holiday when everyone off work)….i’d love to know how the computer throws the same fixtures up year after year
if our lodgers are selling north stand tickets to worryers fans, then they must be desperate to reach OUR stadium records( 1st,2nd or 3rd)
i’ll go for a few hundred more than we got on last sunday, on a NORMAL sunday afternoon against a bottom half team from the opposite end of the country, also televised
Do you train to be this thick or is it a gift?
My dear boy….everything i said above is fact…..if people on here don’t like to read the truth then i shall start to tell porkies (a bit like the widnes attendance)

Most of it is fact yes. Doesn’t make your points clever and/or valid though.
Ps – there’ll be more Wigan fans in the ground tomorrow than there were against Newcastle and probably at all of those stadium records you mention
PPS – Back on topic please folks
To sack a manager after 67 days is pretty scandalous really

Tiredness may be a problem; Al Habsi has been to Australia and Di Santo, Beausejour and Henriquez have been to South America.
Hopefully, Wigan will be able to carry on where they left off against Newcastle.
They’ll have flown first class and probably had beds to sleep on as opposed to flying economy and not being able to get comfy because you’ve either got some little kid kicking your seat or a fat bitch who sticks her bare feet at the side of your seat for 24 hours. Not to mention the Chinese family at the side of you who are up and down to the toilet every 5 minutes and have that much shite on their tables/seats that it takes them 3 hours to get up and bang into you as one of them brushes past(some of the experiences I’ve had when flying to Oz)
Egg that sounds just like a train journey to southport during the school hols
But lasting about 23 hours longer lol
Even the saints fans are getting fed up of that dying “sport”.
My rugby watching mate says they normally sell out the north and take up sections of the east and West. :lol:They’ve never travelled well when they’re not expecting to win. If they beat us then there’ll have been 30,000 there.
No doubt the attendance will be announced as 25,004.
Be around 23000 I reckon

Never the less nothing short of a win on Saturday to put pressure on the clubs around us will do , It is in our own hands as alwaysCorrect
South stand sold out.
Few single seats left in both the East and West.
Tickets now on sale in the North after Saints returned some.Sorry, wrong thread ;)

Injury nightmare? Fook me.
Arsenal
Villa
Everton
Utd
City
Liverpool
Spurs
Chelsea
Southampton
NewcastleSame back 3 as the Newcastle game. TBH I would play the same side.
I’ve said it before. That moment watching the captain of your club turn round, kiss the trophy and hold it aloft stays with you.
Whilst we need the money, we also need to take the next step and that imo is winning a major trophy. I want us to stay up of course I do but I would love us to win the cup which as someone said can NEVER be taken away.
I would settle for Europe and survival though but I really want the FA Cup to be in the DW trophy cabinet come May 13th.
