Both Wellbeck and De-Gea ( Also slated on here ) were Utd’s best players tonight in my opinion ! :)
They probably were yes. Although I thought Jones had a corker as well.
Ran a decent race finished second at 12/1. The each way backers are quids in. goodpost
Oh Aye. The egg will be first in line to pick up his £4 tomorrow!
Already on the way back to the bank. Only cost me £6.60 now for my ticket on Sunday
Had a £1 e/w at 12/1 guaranteed for the craic.
this is a really really good chance to give us (in other people’s eyes) a history, give us fans memories of a superb day out, and get me another (or a few?) trip abroad. That’s how I look at it from my “win the cup” side.
As a fan back in the 90’s I wanted to see us win a major trophy, play in the PL, win the PL and play in Europe. I’ve seen one. One is a very very distant pipe dream.
Did you ever go to the old wembley? It was a shyte hole and you had to sit sided saddle to get your legs in. :woohoo:Yes. In 1992, 1993 (twice), 1994 (twice), 1995 (twice), 1998, 1999 and 2000.
Obviously it was a shi*thole when it was knocked down and the facilities aren’t as modern, but it had a better feel to it than the new one does. In my personal opinion of course.
I want to stay in the Premier League for the money and the exposure etc etc, but I wouldn’t mind winning the FA Cup and seeing us play in Europe.
If it had to be either or then I’m really not sure.
The new Wembley is crap, I prefer the old one.
The semi finals shouldn’t be there only the final.
Will I be going? Of course.
2 – 1 to Huddersfield with 10 to go.
Whoever wrote this was clearly drunk. I’ve not seen Beausejour get up and down the flanks all season. He’s constantly out of position because he can’t get back quick enough.
They usually go away don’t they? In fact, wasn’t it shortly after returning last year that that run started?
We can play a 50/50 side similar to the one we played at Forest and West Ham and have a good crack at it.
smallest club in the prem???? how do they work that one out??
If they go off crowds it’s QPR – swansea are more or less joint with us!
if it’s money, we made a profit last season, not many others did??
DEFINE SMALLEST CLUB PLEASE?
or is it the usual stereotypical view that southern biased media have against norther clubs?????
vile paper, racist publication and inaccurate as we where safe before the last day of last season!!!!….poor journo’s, not worth reading.
We are from the smallest town or city in the Premier League; we have the lowest number of registered supporters; we have the smallest catchment area for fans; we are the newest club so have the least number of years history and have the smallest number of trophies in our cabinet; we have the lowest income….
Take your pick. It’s hardly a conspiracy.
Exactly
I can’t listen to that gangnam shite once without getting pissed off.
Oh, and can someone please indulge me, what is Martinez’s win percentage in his time at Latics? I would be interested to know.In league matches only, we have won 34 out of 139 under Martinez which is 24.46%
Our full league record under Martinez is:
Played 139
Won 34
Drawn 40
Lost 65
For 148
Against 249
Diff -101
Pts 142/417 – 34% gainedThink yourself lucky you don’t watch rugby. They have umpteen camera angles and still get it wrong.
