Glad it passed off peacefully, and common sense prevailed with the fans & the players goodpost
Ish..
KEAN OUT!!!!!
Seems that if all his predictions were correct that we’d be bottom of the table on no points.
And goes and has us down for a win this weekend, in historically/notriously, the most nailed on draw game going….
He’s a football expert though Jay
The whole reason this vermin gave himself up was that he realised that the police marksmen would very soon put bullets into him. He didn’t like that idea – thought he’d be better off with the British judicial system.Count me among the anti-liberal vote – stop this feral underclass from breeding.
I’d have taken the bullets I think. Must be far easier than what will happen to him in custody and prison for being a police killer. Wouldn’t want to be in his shoes that’s for sure.
time to get tough on criminals. start by bringing back corpral punishment in schools, start teaching young uns some respect, anyone caught carrying a knife, autamatic ten years in prison, serving the full ten. anyone found with a gun without a licence, life in prison, die in prison, anyone convicted of murder should hang. make prisons tougher places not the holiday camps like they are today, no tv’s video games, gym’s, just twelve hours a day hard labour. young offenders and first time inmates should get the short sharp shock treatment so they wont reoffend, make prisons hell holes, anyone being bullied tough shit. time to do away with the p.c human rights brigade, enough is enough.I agree with all of that, but the one problem is hanging someone and then finding out you got it wrong. Plus, the police would be under pressure to catch someone and could quite easily set someone up to look guilty. I much prefer my idea of locking them in a room with the family and friends of the victim for 5 minutes. No weapons allowed but they have 5 minutes to basically take their frustrations out.
Oh, and convicted paedohiles and rapists should have it butchered off.
My mate informed me that Rovers in either their last match or match before ( I cant remember ) won despite only having 38% possession. It’s all about creating and taking your chances which I don’t think we do enough of ! I was watching Madrid last night and the way they passed the ball about in the oppositions half was slightly akin to the way way do it, the difference being they were playing pass and go pass and go and advancing whereas we don’t seem to be able to create anything in the final third. kone will end up like Boselli did at this rate !Really frustrates me how we seem to need two passes to get from one side to the other and by the time it gets there the player who was in space is now marked and we have to go back again.
For all other clubs, I honestly believe that any official recognition should be confined to the actual anniversary of the Hillsborough date. I don’t think our club, or any other club, need do anything else in terms of minutes silences etc, outside of that date.Totally agree. If you want to show your support then donate to the charity they have or applaud them briefly when they sing JFT96 when we play them this season. Other than that, we should concentrate on supporting our own team.
Wasnt at the game but apparently the Utd fans were singing songs on Saturday about it.
Isn’t just rugby league that is getting behind this. People from TV shows like Coronation Street and Emmerdale are involved, it was seen in the Olympics AND Paralympics and today they’ve posted a picture of Sugar Ray Leonard doing the now famous JJ salute.
Even Latics have got involved.

Having been to most of the NWCL & NPL grounds over the last couple of years there is somet refreshing about the whole atmosphere of clubs run by people purely for the love of it & played by fellas not concerned about their next signing on fee or sponsorship deal
Shame the referees are still as shite ;)
To be fair, I’m only allowed to run the line at games in those leagues & from what I’m told the assistants are the dog’s gajimba’s!!
Ha ha

at last he’s surfaced, been quiet all week chubby, wonder why???????????don’t even think about coming up with excuses for the embarrassment on fri night. your sport is dying on it’s arris, it’s there for all to see.
i was at o/t yesterday and it looked pretty full to me fella/wench. i think there was more queing at the burger van outside than was @ DW on fri night.seeing as you lot like to talk about crowds, tell my WHY, when top of your top flight, you pulled in 13k countless times this season????????????????????? how strange for a rugger town!!!!!!!!!!!
or the free 5k tickets in the north stand for bradford or the free admission for under 16 season ticket holders for ALL away matches???????
your village game will be semi pro in 20 years, no money, no interest,no point really. joke sport, joke, fickle fans, cringe worthy ice hockey team names (wakefield winternips etc), pathetic crowds all across your league, no sponsor, hardly any countries play or have heard of your pointless game, hence why you have to rely on local village idiots playing it (which you brag about)?????, turn a blind eye to steroid abuse as it makes your “sport” more thuggishly “entertaining”
light years behind rugby union (proper rugby), no future, no prospects,no integrity left, old fashioned racist fans, pathetic existence of a sport really,
19k for your next play off please, good afternoon chubby
Two correct statements out of that isn’t bad I guess.
More to come apparently.Let’s hope they’re from when Pippa had joined them on holiday.
Ali is allowed the occasional bad game. The guy has kept us up the last two seasons.
Granted our only ever goal at Old Trafford came from a penalty that wasn’t, BUT regards the Welbeck incident ask yourself whether you feel it would be a penalty at the other end? I think the majority of us will say no.
