Home now and seriously fed up.
First half we were awesome, even had some fans luaghing at Stoke as we were just so much on top, a different class.
Bramble was awesome, Charles was awaesome, Scharner was awesome and I have to admit, Jason Scotland had a cracker with only luck preventing him scoring.
Start of second half and the rumours began, ‘he’s bringing Moses on.’
No one could believe when he brought Gomez on, took Scotland off, put Rodallega on his own up front and Moses never even got 5 mins.
Then his next sub, he takes Diame off! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m fed up with this manager, he just hasn’t a clue at all.

its not a spelling test ticSAD,and as you say before coming on a football message board try knowing something about football. And no i am not a child i was probably going to the latics while you was still swimming round in your dads sack ;)

Well lets see shall we?
I was going to ask a few questions, but it would be a bit OTT.
So I will take your word for it, you have been going to watch football since 1962?
Great and good on you, ive only been going for 35 years, which is probably why I think its the worst football ive seen us play.
If I had been going an extra 20 years, I may have been of a different mind. ;)

Pains me to say it, but I can see no light at the end of this very long tunnel.
Against County at County, the first signs of unrest from players arguing with each other. Today Rodallega leaves the pitch with one serious strop.
It seems the players either do not want, or cant play the rubbish Martinez is trying.
Today I was expecting 2 up front with one of our new signings out on the left wing. But what did we actually get?
Yet again, as has been the case so often, glaring misses and failure to put the ball in the net is costing us dearly. From missing an almost open goal to conceding at the other within the space of 3 mins.
Against Everton was the same.
Why did we not start with Moses on left, NZogbia on right and plaster the penalty box with crosses?
Martinez obviously didnt think Moses was up to starting, well why not? If he doesn’t think hes up to facing a team whose not won in 10, is he trying to say hes wasted our money again?
We should have killed the game off today, but Martinez had other ideas. I was thinking bring Moses on and put him alongside Rodallega. But no, brings Moses on and takes Rodallega off.
The guy has not got a clue what he’s doing and I can see relegation at the end of this season.
Any other manager would have been given the boot now, Hutchings was given 4 matches then up the road you go.
This bloke is still here due to misplaced loyalty. If he really cared about the club, he would resign and take Jones and Barrow with him.

you are a total door handle :!: rodney was rubbish today and when he watches the game he will see he has no case to argue. You keep comeing on here spouting rubbish, you asked why didnt he start with moses, well here is the sucker punch, its actually 1 of your comments hes no premiership experiance(isnt that what you keep saying about bob) so why should moses walk streight into the team.elephant heads days will soon be over up the,the response at the end proved that
door handle

Hope you don’t mind, but let me offer you some advice:
Before posting on a message board or such like, what you need to do is grasp certain aspects of English and learn about spelling. Punctuation is also very important, with capital lettars and commas a must.
If you don’t, you embaress yourself and your posts end up looking like the work of a child. This doesn’t count if you are a child of course, judging by the above this looks very likely.

how can it be a bad point?

Because of the sheer numbness of urine pots who still pine for a rigid 4 4 2, and then moan that we played long ball stuff all the time.
Instead of the beautiful free flowing game that we play now you mean. Leaving the stadium, the comments about how superb we had played despite being beaten again are amazing.
You wouldnt want to go back to the crappy 4-4-2 system when we were promoted to the Prem, got to a cup final, finished 10th, climbed to 2nd, up to 7th etc etc etc.
No, the Martinez way is the only way.
Always guaranteed free scoring. (For the opposition any way)

Martinez is being missed at Swansea, theyre struggling without him. Heres still here because of who he is, not because of ability etc.

Oh, and its the worst football ive seen from a Latics side and ive been going for 35 years, its absolutely terrible on the eye, no matter what crap people come out with.

I remember a few years back, Crewe and Tranmere used to always be spoken about how well they played football, yet never won anything and couldnt live with us on the pitch.

One win in 8 suggests otherwise. You either know something we dont, or you have your head firmly buried in the sand.

Now we have had a successful transfer window and signed some serious talent as well as keeping hold of our own, isn’t it time to wipe the slate clean?
Jason Scotland may have missed a few, but hopefully with Moses on the left, Charles on the right and a possible partner with him up front, things may just turn around.
We have now had the last throw of the dice in the transfer window, so now our future is down to what weve got and us supporting the team.
The next home game, lets chant every players name and do our bit in ensuring we stay up. If Jason Scotland is short of confidence, lets drive the fear out of him and make him feel wanted.
Come On Wigan!!!!!!

Don’t mean to sound negative but these don’t solve the worst defence in the league problem.

sorry but isnt 5000 visiting fans enough of an advantage for visiting teams???

Do you prefer the atmosphere when we play Utd/Liverpool or when we play Fulham.
You prefer an empty ground to a full one obviously.
Why don’t we just give the away fans 200 and leave the stadium empty?
